� Never Look Back (Plays during disc one when Zell & Co. are being chased through the Prison)
� Dead End (Plays near the end of disc one when Squall braves all and lunges onto the streets of Deling City determined to destroy Edea)
� Breezy (Balamb Town’s Theme, I believe)
� Shuffle and Boogie (Triple Triad’s Theme! :p)
� Waltz for the Moon
� The Man with the Machine Gun (Laguna’s Theme)
� Julia (Jule’s Theme)
� Wine and Roses (Another one of Julia’s Theme’s, I believe)

� Only a Plank Between One and Perdition (This one’s random; plays whenever something major happens – kinda fast and catchy)

EEP! Ok, I’m sorry this got way too long, but seeing as I have the soundtrack, I can pick more easily. Plus, maybe now you know the names of some of the songs you didn’t know before. :p

I forget the name of the last one, but it is the music that they play when Squall goes to save Rinoa at the Sorceress Memorial.

Probably Eyes on Me, since that’s the only song I remember when playing the game… I haven’t played in a while… wait, I also liked the Laguna Battle Theme song… that was sweetz.

Eyes On Me

I like Liberi Fatali because it is dramatic, and Eyes on Me because the song and its lyrics are beautiful!

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">I liked most of the music in FF8 except Drifting, that was just annoying. Anyway, my favourites were:

My favorite song is Eyes on Me. I have no other favorite. Just that one song. I did like other songs but none of them stuck out as much as that one

I don’t know what it is called but the theme tune with griever is cool and the chocobo music is fun too

I thought final fantasy 8 had the best sound track, cos i like all of them but it i had to pick one it would be waltz for the moon, but i do think Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec is a good one as well

I loved the Dollet opening theme, and Eyes on Me was awesome.

Geez Rinoa, you named like half the songs 😀 . Anyways, the only songs that really stick out in my mind are "Eyes on Me" (duh) and the Airship music. I loved those.

i was gonna name movin and ride on as my favs but i was looknig at my playlist and decided that i love em all. well maybe not all of em. i dont like the salt flats music. thats the only one i dont like.

Time Compression theme (just catchy in my mind.)
Ultimecia’s castle (well, for the first half or so…)

Absolutley not. Its one of my favorites actually. And the attack on Dollet music you’re referring to is "The Landing". Imo, one of the best FF tunes ever.

Well, as has been said, there’s really no need to revive a six-year-old thread. The truth is that if you really feel the need to discuss a particular topic, then you can start a new thread about it if there isn’t a recent one covering it. Nevertheless, it does seem this is being used now, so I’ll leave it open. Oh, and this is getting moved to the Video Game Music section, because that is where all Final Fantasy music discussion is supposed to be now.

Yes, "The Landing" is quite nice. Other tunes that haven’t been mentioned recently that I like are "Tell Me," "Blue Sky," "Moving" and "Silence and Motion" (underrated.)

Edit — if there’s somebody with mod power over this section reading, could you retitle this? I shoulda done it myself, but I forgot, and now I don’t have any further access. The title doesn’t really fit anymore.
