complexion of a deadly pallor
eyes of cool sadness
look upon the dark land
Beautiful and enigmatic
she’s a goddess of the night
Her pale smile draws
draws many a thing near
Eudemons and caspers
to dance under her
But her wrath draws
the bounties of Hell and beyond
in endless floods of blood
All this is as earth rests
unprotected and weak
when Ra rises once more,
she hides her shame
Because her love has arrived,
he overcomes her power
and conquers the sky
Always a noble gentleman
beckoning forth all good
While she waits to live
once more

It’s referring to a "Ra’s" wife. Her overall character and appearance. What she does, how she acts; all when Ra is away. Suddenly he returns, and brings with him power much more complex than her’s and somehow she becomes small or nothing at all again. While Ra’s a noble gentleman, she’s rather ruthless and wild. The part that’s referring to "she waits to live again" really means she’s waiting for Ra to go away again so that she make be her true self. The whole masquerade she holds is just to make Ra happy.
