I named my gold one: josie
my blue one: juicy
my green one: rocky
my black one :norton
and some wonderful one named: nina

Gold: Shujin (Don’t ask me why 9_9)
Black: Axel
Blue: Lei
Green: Sakura
Yellow: Kieda

That’s it! I loved those names!

Well I only have Gold Chocbos now, only the best will do for me.

My ‘flagship’ chocobo is called : Death

I named the Gold Chocobo after myself. I was soo proud when I finally got it. All the rest I can’t remember.

I named my Gold Chocobo, Kaylan…….because my gold chocobo is the best chocobo in my game and I think Kaylan is the best person in the world to be with.

I named my first chocobo, choco (because thats what it gives you)

I don’t remember any of the other names……I think they were along the lines of Chac, Choc, Choca….something like that

I named my gold chocobo dash…and all the others by their colors… except my first male, whom i named goku (eww)

I just call them on what they are. Like: a great mal is grm and a good female is goo. and when ]i recieve my gold one I almost call it everytime yepikayee or something. maby I’m gonna call it cool names to this time, who knows.

Well, most of my gold chocos were named Sonic, Sonic2 etc… but i called the chocobo you get from beating Ruby (a very slow Gold chocobo actually) uhhh, i called it Ruby 0_0

one sunny afternoon i was in the midst of attempting to breed a gold chocobo. but unfortunately to my surprise it turned out to be yellow.
i named this hideous freak of nature F**kup.
i wanted to discard it immediately but my heart did what was right.
i took it in the highwind and went to the highest mountain on the Midgar continent and placed F**kup upon the tall hill and left that abomination for dead.
it was the right thing to do and i will never look back.

Ok in honor of Final Fantasy 8 I decided to name them all FF8 characters! So basically Squall, Rinoa, Zell, ect.

Black: Phat Al

I am replaying the game and am planning on getting both a male and a female gold chocobo. I will name them Boko and Koko.

Jon (As a tribute to the fantastic drummer of Feeder who recently took his own life)
Ed (After the 2nd guitar in Radiohead)

Whore (Tribute to my whore of an ex)
Rikku (After my favorite female, Final Fantasy X character)
Insomnia (After the 2nd song on the Feeder album, ‘Yesterday Went Too Soon’)

I pretty much like these names, they seem right for the Chocobo’s.

I dedicated the name of my Chocobo to Aeris.

It’s really strange in that Squall has more speed than any other chocobo I have ever seen (219), but he’s a black chocobo. I always use him to race, but I use Aeris the most when I’m traveling.

It’s been a long time since I’ve played FFVII, but I remember naming my green chocobo Minty and my two gold chocobos (that I bred) Tehanu and Flame. Tehanu was my idea, Flame was my friend’s idea, and Minty we both agreed on. That’s all I can remember. 😀

I named the males Choco1,2&3, and the females Choca1,2&3. The gold one I just called GOLD

i used some of the monster names from ff8….like the SAM08G monster thingy….i like using the code style names

Right, or Boko like they spelled in the minigame in FFVIII and some translations of FFV. And Coco (Koko) was his girlfriend/wife.

No, I got the game on PC. They just throw it in as a mini application for free with that. Not that its’ anything particularly exciting.

I named my chocobos the following:

Mountain: Sparky
River: Ryu
Black: Boco , Reason: i really like Boco from ff5 he’s just so cool
Gold: Karl

The other ones i don’t bother to name cuz i just release them anyways.

I’m not sure if it the full game, but i’ve got it and its nothing special.

It’s only worth playing on PC if you also have the game to transfer items into it. Otherwise, it’s just sort of boring and stupid.

True it is only usable for the PC version cuz you can get various items and transfer them to a save game.

Any-hoo I still need to get the one in kalm. I prabably name him "Cloud" but I dont know. I like to Name them somthing Different Even charactars and summons. Althought when I replaying everything And I’m trying to get every item and Levels I use defualt names. During breading I calssified them by numbers and what not like "WND ML" so I knew It was a wonderfull male I feed them all laod’s of greens so they won the races easy..:D
