Basically, it is possible to get the item Holy War by refining. To getg this though, you need to go through a series of refining processes, changing certain items into another.

For example,
50 of item A refine into item B using one particular refine ability,
10 of item B refine into item C using one specific refine ability,
10 of item C refine into the item you want.
So in total, you would need 5000 of item A to get the item you wanted.

Now, that isn’t how it is for turning Curse Spikes into Holy Wars, that’s what I’m asking you to tell how the process goes. Better? 😉

1 Dark Matter refines into 1 Shaman Stone via Tool-RF.
10 Shaman Stones refine into 1 Hero-Trial via Forbid Med-RF.
10 Hero-Trials refine into one Hero via Med LVL Up.
10 Heros refine into one Holy War-Trial via Med LVL Up.
10 Holy War-Trials refine into one Holy War via Med LVL Up.

So, in order to produce one Holy War, you would need 1,000,000 Curse Spikes.

Are you sure there is such an item? I came up with what I thought might be an answer and pulled up a Card Mod list to check it, but the only "spikes" that it lists are Sharp Spike and Curse Spike. Maybe you mean Red Fang, in which case that would be three hexadragon cards.

I’m not sure I get this new question. You can only Card Mod a single card (or set of cards) once that I know of, but then you can always go and get more of them.
