EDIT: Got bribe to work. Only used 1,000,000 gil and got 62 pendulums.
and if so what happens ?why is it so important ?
because its hard to get such money !
You can never really trust the guides on how much you should pay, since it’s just an average on what he usually gives you. I bribed an Ochu once and got 73 Remedies because I paid a couple thousand over the suggested price.
I didn’t bribe Ultima or Omega though, and I’m just peachy.
Robin, once you get higher in the game, you’ll have about 100,000 gil coming in per battle. And then you can also use the gil trick to accumulate tons of money. I have over 20 million myself, not including the weapons I’m going to need to sell. I also have the priciest Blitzball players and challenge Nemesis all the time too, so I’d probably have well over 30 if I was smart enough not to.
If you want to know if you can bribe some one yes/no .
no: there should come "Imune"
yes: there should come "miss"

Five gives you 30 Wings to Discovery. Well that’s what I got, but some other sources say you get 60 Three Stars and 30 Wings when you get three.
In order to get five, you must follow the picture here (http://www.rpgplanet.com/ff9/ff10/remiem.shtml). From start, go to A, then race back to B, then go over to C, then run as fast as you can to D, then book it over to F, pass the other chocobo, and finish the race. It’s quite easy to explain, but very hard to do.
And you can’t get all six; it’s impossible.
