Also, I was playing FFVII and something weird happened. I found a materia that I have never seen before, that I didn’t know existed. You have to understand, this is the fourth time I have played FFVII. But I was just in the cave that you go through after the midgar zolom, and I found a "Long Range" materia. Anyone equipped with it can cause the same amount of damage from the back row as the front. I know from using Barret that long-range weapons in the back row are great, so this sounds like it’ll be pretty useful. (And only 8000 AP before it reproduces!)
You learn something new every day…
And i’ve encountered the ‘Long Range’ Materia before, but I never used it, it seemed a waste of time.
As for Yuffie, yeah, get her near Junon. Sometimes she does take a while to turn up though. Try various ways of running arounf the forest; try running around the middle a bit, or backwards and forwards, or run around the edge. But you’ll find ehr eventually. ๐ It’s taken me over half an hour to find her in that forest before, but she is there. I think you should be able to find her in virtually any forest in the world, but she’s most likely to turn up either near Junon or from the back of Mt. Nibel. ๐
is it your first time playing ffvii???
I’m trying to do some stuff differently this time around, though. For example, I’m going to date Barret. ๐
its just useless once you get all your characters maxed out…they just do 9999 from whereever!!!

Also, is there any secret to winning the roller coaster game? I’d like to get the masamune blade just because I’ve never gotten it before, but between the fact that my hand-eye coordination sucks and I have the PC version, I can’t beat it.
As for the rollercoaster game, I have managed to get over 8000 points in that, so I should be able to help you here. ๐ Some general hints:
~ Never let the gun get to below about half power. Always fire in short bursts rather than running it all out.
~ Aim for things in the background such as cacti. They give you a few bonus points.
~ Learn the course. When turning a bend, put the gun in a position where you will be able to shoot something instantly once it appears.
~ In the icy area, it is possible to get over 1000 points. Concentrate on destroying the falling icicles as there are often lots in a row. The floating enemies can also be shot, but it takes quite a bit of gun power to kill them. It’s up to you.
~ You can destroy the big UFO near the end for 1000 points. Just keep shooting in short bursts and you can destroy it.
~ Right at the very end, just before the last corner, fire the gun just slightly left of where the lights are. You can shoot one of them for 200 points, even if you completely run the gun out of power.
Basically, you’ll get better the more you play, but they’re just general hints. Hope it helped. ๐
