Well like it says in the subject line, this is a love poem. I wrote this poem to my bf around two weeks ago so it’s a bit mushy and romantic. So, if you don’t like the "mushy stuff", then you shouldn’t read on because that’s exactly the type of poem this is! Oh and I’m a bit embarrassed to post this, so be a little easy on me if there’s something about this poem that you didn’t like. Thankyu much.

Autumn Heart
Changing colors
Turning leaves start to fall
Hardly thought this was the season
That I would find the one I love

Didn�t expect to fall in love
With the smile that you gave me
I didn�t think I�d feel this way
For a long time to come

But your heart healed mine
Your love held me so close
I couldn�t deny what I felt
I couldn�t believe it was real

It was happening to me
All over again
But with a different someone
Someone I didn�t expect

But I�m glad I didn�t know
Suprises are so good sometimes
Though I wish I had known sooner
How I really felt for you inside

I can�t say what will happen next
I don�t know how things will be tomorrow
But right now I just want you to know
How much I really love you

I don�t know how to say my heart
I wish I could just show you how I feel
But I can�t seem to send the right message
So I just have to hope that you know

Be careful with me
My heart is fragile
Like crystal; like glass
It�s so easy to break now

I�ve been hurt a lot
In all the ways that I feared
It�s too late for me to feel completely safe
And I�m sorry if it seems like I don�t trust you

Please believe that I love you
Even if it seems like I don�t
I could never hate you
And I don�t hate the ones who�ve hurt me

I will always love you
Until all the pieces in my heart
Are taken away from me
Until I have no heart left to give

But hopefully
During my time with you
I will be able to keep my heart
And love�

that writing was great! 🙂 I think you did very good on it, describing n` such, and I have ta say I loved how you showed yer feelings in it. I think it was great, so you shouldnt have been shy on posting it~ ^-^;;

Heh, it’s a prettiful poem Setsuna and I really like the use of strong emotions in it. The poem is quite a read but it’s worth it. Good job!

Thankyu everyone! That makes me feel so much better about my poems. I haven’t written another poem yet, but I will post it up when I do. 😀
