whos youre fave shinra characters?

mine are Elena rufus tseng

I don’t really like the Shinra because they’re like the politics we have today. Lieing just to get voted in. Building power plants(comparing to Mako Reactors). The Government will even kill animals just for profit and that aint cool! But I think the Turks are cool. I’d have to say Elena would be my favorite Shinra character because she reminds me of Aya Brea, and Android 18(DBZ). Those three are all cool! But I’d have to go with Elena and the Turks. They’re the only Shinra I like. But Reeve is cool too. Later in the game he says he only became a Shinra spy to stop their evil doings. The Turks and Reeve Rock!

I like Elena of the Turks!

I hated the fat President of Shinra! All he ever cared about was money. I hate people like that! Us members of Avalanche will take down those greedy vermin for good!

Say what you will about Shinra, but the Turks were damn awesome. They were only getting in your way because it was their job. They were getting paid to stop you from succeeding. And their loyalty to Shinra only went as far as they got paid.

***DISK 1 SPOILERS.***

If you go to Wutai on disk 1 with Yuffie in your party, you’ll get a great example of that. When you are challenged by Elena, Reno is like "sit down, girl, we’re on our vacation." Which is handy, seeing as you have bugger all materia to face them with.

My fave Shinra character? Rufus was darn cool. The white suit hints at purity when he’s a really evil snivelling bastard. I’d have liked to have had another confrontation against him toward the end of the game, but obviously we took a different direction. Plus Reno’s cool, laidback attitude makes him the perfect foil to Rude.
