Neo Bahamut materia

ive just got all the master materia from defating the emerald weapom on disc 3, but i want to know is it to late for me to get the Neo bahamut materia where is the whirlwind maze?

It is too late, as far as I know. That’s the only time you can pick it up. Sorry, but it looks like you’ve gotta head back to disk 2 and get it again. 🙁
