First game you played.

The first Final Fantasy game I played was Final Fantasy 7! That one is still my favorite!

Same here. I don’t think any other of the FF games I’ve played compares with it 🙂

The first Final Fantasy I ever played was FFII. But, we now know it better as FFIV.

It used to be my favorite Final Fantasy, and game for that matter, for the longest time.

My first FF that i played was FF1, it was also my very first game.

FF7 is sooooooo over rated FF9 all the way. Hurray for FF9!!!
It’s the first one I played and it’s how I look at the FF genre and the rest of RPGs does anyone else feel the first game they played is the bench mark for all of the other FF games they played?

Um maybe you just had high expectations of FFVII because of FFIX. They are both great in their own way. e.g FFIX graphics, though FFVII had absolutly awesome graphics for its time.

7 was my first, and 9 or 6 are my favorite :/ haven’t even beat 6 yet, but I already love it, so lets just say 6’s my favorite 😀

A US version of FFI on the NES. However, it was for about five minutes at a game store (it was an import version), and so I guess it really doesn’t count.

Therefore the first FF I really played was FFIV on the SNES (The US ‘FFII’), also imported, which my brother and I hired from a local video store which had import games and spent about a weekend playing. That got me hooked on FF, but I didn’t play any more (due to the FF games being unavailable in PAL until FFVII) until a certain game was released on the PSX in November ’97…..

And that game was… Castlevania Symphony of the Night… Oops, wrong Forum… :p

I jest… It was FFVII of course, although I played a import version of FFVI (the US ‘FFIII’) on the SNES shortly after, which soon became my favourite FF of all time. And the rest, is history…

Final Fantasy I on the NES.

Final Fantasy VI was the one that truly molded me into the FF geek that I am now though.

The First Final Fantasy Game I Played was Final Fantasy 6, personally i played it all in the wrong order, but i dont really think it matters.

FF7, found it in a bargain box and gave it a try, my first RPG I played and completed.

6 was my first its the best i did 7 and 8 tho tryin to
get 9 off a buddy
