What games are you looking forward to?

There are quite a bit of great games coming out later this year, and early next year. But there are three I am looking forward to the most:

Metroid Prime 2: Echoes-Samus rules!
Halo 2-Need I say more?
Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory-This was recently announced, and it already looks like it will be the best game in the series, by far!

What are some games that you are looking forward to?

Metal Gear Solid 3 – Possibly the only game I will buy this year unless,
Cold Winter – This game could be great. According to an olld Edge article anyway. I haven’t heard anything about it since them so it could be even better then. Unlike in most games when you know everything about them before you play.

DOA: Ultimate.

Laugh if you must, but I’m a pretty big DOA fan, and it’s driving me crazy that this game keeps getting pushed back.

King of Fighters: Maximum Impact

I’m so excited to see what King of Fighters will be like in 3-D. All the screens look so awesome, and I can’t wait for this game.

Ys: The Arc of Napishtim

I was so worried that this game would never make it to the US, but it looks like I will get a chance to play it after all. ^^

Hmm. There’s lots of other stuff, but that’s all I can think of off the top of my head.

you mean fourth, don’t forget about radical dreamers.

I think radical dreams and chrono cross summed it up (even if chrono cross was "out there")

to make another chrono game would make MORE questions, leaving room for a fifth…… actually, that sounds kinda cool

Oh god. Even one new Chrono game would be sublime.

If they made four more, I might explode from happiness. Or something.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater: This is definitley the game I’ve been waiting for for ages.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas: This loks to be a brilliant game, and rumoured to have music by Nine Inch Nails and Pearl Jam in it! 😀

And always will be waiting for a Fallout 3 and Grim Fandango 2.

I’m looking towards FFXII, KOF 2k4 and Maximum Impact, and Gradius V… because I’m so 1337. <3

I think I am waiting for Final Fantasy XII most of all, and the next installment to the Elder Scrolls series. After wasting my life on Morrowind, I want a new game to get lost around. 🙂

– Metal Gear Solid 3 , I’ve been waiting far too long for this game

– Final Fantasy XII , I’ve waited even longer for this and I hope the end of this year comes soon so that I can get it =(

– Gradius V , I never even known this game is still alive after I’ve played the SNES version and Zone of The Enders 2 (Vic Viper was in there) and skipped the first PS2 version.

– Street Fighter Collection , SF3 is gonna own, once again

– Sammy vs Capcom , I can’t wait to see how it will be like to have Guilty Gear characters against the legendary SF characters.

– Monster Hunter (US version) , got the jap version and it was great, can’t wait to go online

– Devil May Cry 3 , the 2nd game was pretty bad but this one looks like it would be way better than it.

– Gran Turismo 3 , the graphics are just amazing, a must get.

– Naruto: Narutimate Hero 2, the first one was great, the best fighting game released by Bandai and I’m really looking forward to this one.

Well, I didn’t forget Radical Dreamers, I said "Chrono" games, a game starting with "Chrono". 😛
And Radical Dreamers doesn’t AT ALL answer all the questions that Chrono Cross leaves open. The story of RD, I believe, takes place in a world parallel of the ones in CC, so to speak Another Another World…
No, I didn’t get any answers from there, though I enjoyed RD very much… There’s still a sequel needed, one that tells us what happened after CC, what happened to the characters in this brand new timeline…

The exact title for the new Zelda game, as of right now, is The Legend of Zelda. But, it will change soon.

The only games I’m looking forward to are homebrew ones that people are making with RPG Maker.

I hate almost all video games that come out now. =\

I’ll have to limit myself to this year – even then there are way too many games coming out for my budget 🙁

Halo 2… need I say more?
Fable… interesting. very interesting.
KOTOR 2; the greatest RPG of all time is getting a sequel by ex Black-Isle staffers.
Star Wars Battlefront: They could just call it Battlefield: Death Star and be done with it. Either way, it’ll make a great companion to the Star Wars Trilogy DVDs

PlayStation 2 –

Metal Gear Solid 3: Although I have doubts we’ll see it this year.
Kingdom Hearts II: Ditto.

GameCube –

Nothing, really… not now Factor 5 and Silicon Knights are gone 🙁

GBA –

Final Fantasy I & II Advance – once again, no FF3j. What’s with that? Honestly?
Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories – Because Square-Enix makes good GBA games.

And the ultimate thing i’m looking forward to – the PlayStation Portable and all it’s goodness. Mmmm…. Portable… *drool*

Mmm. I am also (sort-of) looking forward to Jade Empire.

I say sort-of because I just haven’t heard enough about it. It’s been described as a KOTOR Kung-Fu style, which would kick all sorts of ass, but I just don’t know enough about it to be sure. So I guess what I’m really looking forward to is more info on it.

Also, I am looking forward to Animal Crossing for the Nintendo DS. *hides*

Jade Empire and Fable are looking pretty cool.

Plus, next year’s ESPN Baseball game is set to be released in January (way earlier than usual for a baseball game), so I guess that’s close enough for me to start getting excited for it.

I prefer EA’s MVP baseball series myself. Awesome Dystany mode and great gameplay. I can’t wait for the next one. Also I will be needing to upgrade my copy of Madden to ’05 and the new ESPN football game intrigues me with it’s first person mode and $20 price tag.

King of Fighters: Maximum Impact

I’m so excited to see what King of Fighters will be like in 3-D. All the screens look so awesome, and I can’t wait for this game.

It’s not quite as KERAZY as the 2d ones, but it’s fun 🙂

FFXII is awful, and i’ve already said that but you wont listen 🙁

Me, I’m waiting for Jade Empire, MGS3, HL2, KOTOR2, Doom 3, Metroid Prime: Echoes and Fable.

The only game I’m looking forward to is the new Star Ocean. Of course I’ve been looking forward to that game for over two years now. I just need to figure out how I’m going to play both FFXI and Star Ocean, oh the choices.

I say Halo 2 because there is supposed to be more emphasis on multi-player. And the thing I enjoyed most about Halo was going over to my friend’s house and fragging the heck out of them. It was extremely fun and enjoyable. So, seeing as how Halo 2’s multiplayer is bound to be better than Halo, that is why I can’t wait for it. So that I can have <I>even more</I> fun.

I’m really excited about Capcom Fighting Evolution.
