After you beat both Ruby and Emerald, besides beat the game, waht else is there to do? Please post.

Get the master materias and muck around with spells you’ve never tried…

If you’re particularly bored, you could level all your characters up to level 99.

Or you could go and play another game.

well i wanna finish with all ma characters top level n limits, also main materias mastered… oops busted. ok ok i’m playin ff7 (seven not others) for the first time, and at cd 2 :S after i beat both the weapons n master the game wud be back to ans the poll. oh n the part i finished i finish gud, so i can reply any q’s there 😛

Master all of the materia and go to bugenhagens observatory, you can get the master materias from there

Try to play a perfect game. Get all items, materia, and weapons for the characters and beat every enemy (Weapons, etc.) and get a Gold Chocobo. And anything else you can think of.

I beat both of them after doing years of research on the strategies. I also got all of the best weapons and the best limits and got the secret scenes.

You have to get them after a certain parts in the game on disc 2. 1.a secret flashback with Zack and Cloud if you go to the Nebeheim lab in the basement. 2.The hidden waterfall cave(you have to use the submarine)when you find out more about Vincent’s past.

First of all you mean Shinra Mansion (and it’s spelled Nibelhiem) and the scene isn’t secret unless you copy this from the walkthrough which I’m pretty sure you did and the hidden waterfall cave is Lucrecia’s cave who on disc 2 you can go there and she will tell you about Vincent’s past and then if you go there on disc 3 you can get Vincent’s ultimate weapon. Also, I don’t think you did get Vincent’s weapon because you probably would have mentioned this but you didn’t.

Actually Landord, I did get his weapon. I didn’t mention it because he only asked how to get the scenes, not the weapon. And it is spelled Nibelheim because I remember when Smokey told me and I did look in the book. Again, I didn’t copy it in a walkthrough, I was told about it. Thanks. Also, let’s not make it a battle just because "I didn’t say things right". It was just a misunderstanding.

I believe that you can raise a chocobo and get a black one to reach the woods as well as defeat ultimate weapon.

Are you talking about the same woods like I do? The woods at the Cosmo Canyon area? You don’t need to kill Ultimate Weapon at first. After you beat him, you can walk up there easily. But if you don’t kill him, you can reach this area with a Chocobo. 😉

I pick up KotR, go to the woods, because of Apocalypse, get mime and everything else….After I got all this stuff, I repeat on the story…. 😀

You get the Master materias from Bugenhagen and after you beat the weapons you get items from a man in Kalm. You could try and get the 7777hp thing, I have never done that, and if you have, tell me and I shall admire.

Max out character stats, maximum gil, maximum escapes…loads, really.

Is it possible to get speed and stamina in chocobo racing then techio or whatever it’s called (the man riding a black chocobo).

I’ve heard he always has higher stats.

that’s right. you can never get more that 999 stamina and he has over 1000.

you know, i heard something about a silver chocobo

and i’ve been to my friends house once and he had a silver chocobo in his stables…two of them actually. He said he wa going to try and mate THEM..

he told me that to get a silver chocobo, yuo have to raies two gold chocobos and mate them with some kind of nut ( i think its zeio!) and then you get silver.

maybe he used a glitch or ac heat? I dunno…he could have just used a color cheat … maybe. But the silver chocobo i’ve heard about many many times!

apart from that there’s the weapons, emerald and ruby….emerald = very very easy once you get about level 90…i beat him at level 99 with two materia on each person…and none of them were any magic or master materia

actually cloud had 3…here’s what my materia/weapon selection was

Cloud: Enemy skill materia, 4x cut materia, W-item
Weapon: Apocalypse

Tifa: Phoenix = Final attack
Weapon: God’s hand

Vincent: Phoenix = final attack
Weapon: Outsider

then there are all of the cut scenes, all the secret materia to get that yuo need a special chocobo…gold makes it easiest!

get everyone’s limit breaks, best weapons, get yuffie/vincent ( although you kinda hve to do that before hand…well at least vincent! )

do the wutai side quest ( i did it very early so it was tough!)

let’s see…..oh yeah! Turtle’s paradise sidequest ( although it’s sort of pointless… nothing great, you get one of each ‘source’

can’t htink of any more, but I know there’s more…i’ll get back to you

oh! There’s a lot of hidden materia in gold saucer too, with the chocobo races…i dont rmr it exactly but like

if you win like 20 races with a chocobo in rank S, ester ( was that her name? i dont rmr ) gives you a bunch of rare items and shiet

there’s also the special battle in battle square…you can get the final attack materia…

oh, and then there’s also you can go and excavate the key to sector five in bone village, ( you can get the key by putting all your men on the top level…they’ll all turn towards it after two or three times,… you have to look for NORMAL treasure..) and then go back to midgar…

kind of pointles…you get tifa’s weapon, you can go to aeris’ house, go to the church in sector 5 slums to see aeris’ ghost…

that’s about it!

On the racing screen it says the name of his chocobo.
