Top 5 favorite series

what are your 5 favorite videogame series?? Mine are
1)Street Fighter
2)Legend of Zelda
3)Final Fantasy

1) Final Fantasy

I will never be able to play a Tekken game ever, I just can’t. On the other hand, I can never have too much Street Fighter!

Soul Calibur 2 was good. I like Kilik it that game.

I liked Soul Calibur okay, but Street Fighter Alpha 3 was definitely the best fighting game ever!

I give this a day for other people to actually discuss in before I close it. As in not the same two or three people saying "LOL RLY?" and "WOW THATS MAD"

It a little difficult for me to decide which one is #1 for me, so I’ll do this:

#1 tie-Metroid/Resident Evil

Metroid wouldn’t be tied with Resident Evil if it wasn’t for the recent release of RE4, which is in two words, purely great. I liked the RE series before 4, but now I love it again with much enthusiasm. Hopefully the Resident Evil series is continued with the mechanics and gameplay as 4.

Metroid, because it has my favorite game of all time, in Super Metroid. I was sad when there wasn’t a release in the series for quite a few years, but I’m glad that Nintendo has come back to it’s senses and furthered an outstanding series.

#3-Halo

Yeah, big surprise. But despite all the attention it grabs, and yes I admit that I am tired of hearing about this series, it’s still a remarkable shooter, and arugably the best we have ever seen. I just hope that Halo 3 is the last one, because honestly I don’t think the series will continue to reign surpreme if it goes to 4,5,6, etc.

#4-The Legend of Zelda

Despite the fact that most of the series involves powering up the Master Sword/getting 7 Crystal thingies to unlock the door to Ganon’s tower, it’s back in my list because of recent games like The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures, and The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. Also, the soon release of The Legend of Zelda GCN may make this series go up even higher on my list.
