FFX Monster Arena

Can someone please get me help on how to get the Species Conquest enemies in the monster arena in the Calm Lands, just so I know what enemies to capture to create one. Thanks.

Also, I would like to know how to get the Original Creations.

If possible, just find me an entire guide on the Monster Arena.
