When I first played the game, I was completely clueless about the junctioning system, but when I had beaten it and started over, I did things a lot differently.
For example, after the Dollet mission, I got Siren’s Life-Refining ability, and bought 10 tents, which refine into 10 curagas each. So when I junctioned 100 curagas to HP, Squall had over 3000 HP before the first actual mission!
Did anyone else bend the rules with previous experience when replaying their game?

100 Curaga to Hp
100 Sleep\Drain to Stat Attack
100 Demi to Mag
100 Firaga to Elem Attack

Think I had that set-up Just Before Disc 2, Through Re-fines By Disc 4 everyone had 100 of something junctioned however for the final battle i replaced squalls Str Junction(Ultima) for Firaga, only so i could cast Ultima without worry for squalls Str

I used a Gameshark to give them 100 of every spell, including Rapture, The End, and Meltdown. All of my characters had maxed stats before I got the Magic Lamp. Yeah pretty different, pretty boring too.

I ran backwards through the game 2nd time I played through it, as opposed to the traditional fowards.

I cheated and started at the end of the game and worked my way back.

I got the Lionheart gunblade in disk 2 without getting the magazine. Then used Gameshark to get 100 Apocalypse spells.
