That’s sort of a sampler, it doesn’t have all the tracks in the game. It does have an extended version of one of the tracks in the game, though. I tried a bunch of methods to rip the music directly from the soundtrack file, but nothing seemed to work so I gave up.
Well, I’m going at it again, but nothing. I did open up a few random files that were in the same folder as the soundtrack and found "Sony Sound Forge 7.0" but the trial version didn’t let me test the files. If anyone knows how to extract things from .dat files let me know.
Again, I found this along with a few others in the same "path" while opening random files
d:Q:\DOGS\sound\wavs\steam\music\Mwc_RedRide4.wav
but I can’t get to it, I don’t understand what the Q: means and there’s no folder anywhere on the game disc named "DOGS". There was another game on the Xbox by the same people and it had similar files with a path like that, but there was no Q: in it and the paths listed on it were easy to find on the disc.
If someone has it, do the world a favous and upload it. Please? (Filefactory.)
I ripped a few tracks from in-game a while ago. Sounds a bit crappy since it seems to only be in mono. But I got rid of sound effects and such.
It’s only a few tracks though, no where near a full rip so I’m reluctant to uploading it.
Maybe I’ll continue to rip the rest if there’s any interest in it?
Actually it has a lot to do with the music. If you take out the files with those paths in them the music won’t play at all. Anyway, the music is definitely not mono. I could do a line-in rip of most of the tracks, but there’s one track in particular that wouldn’t get ripped well so I decided not to rip it unless I found a way to do it directly from the game files.
But I feel bad for you guys, so have a line-in rip of Good Feather (game version), the track that plays where you fight the Casparaitis. The soundtrack sampler’s version is a little longer and has some singing in it.

If you’re really thankful and all that do me a favor and help me try to find a way to get the raw data files to play right. I know the music is in these damn things and I’ve tried lots of things but nothing plays them right. Maybe one of you more experienced with audio editing and such can do it. Just use a Youtube to MP3 converter program to obtain the tracks.
The program I use mostly can convert Youtube videos to Flac, although I simply prefer MP3 because it fits my audio capabilities. However you should Google "DVDSoft Youtube to MP3" and download the program; it’s easy to use and allows you to convert videos to more than just MP3 (Flac, WMA, WAV, OGG, Alac, and MP4 also]. The only downside is that the audio quality might be a bit low, but this program also lets you choose between a few Mono/Stereo settings. Best part is that it’s free, aside from voluntary subscriptions and such.
