If you killed JENOVA Synthesis with Knights of the Round (XD), then he has an extra 80,000 HP added…
For every character you have that’s lv99 (Both in your main party and not), he gains an extra 30,000 HP….8 possible characters is 30,000*8, which is 240,000.
So that’s 80,000+80,000+240,000
= 400,000 total!

Also Bizzaro is based off the same HP add ons, except his is only 5,000 for level 99 character.

As for them being under Peerless, they are instead immune to everything until certain conditions are met, they are immune to Peerless (Even if they weren’t I don’t know how it would be possible to put them under Peerless).

I don’t know which guide your using (Although by the font it looks like SineNomine’s work) but of every status effect that yoyr able to cast on him, the only ones he is immune to are Confusion, Frog, Small, Berserk.
