Lend some advice… I’ll mail some pine chops!

Alright… The gate crystal has taken me anywhere from 6 to 8 hours… I am lost as a ball in high weeds!

While coming through, I drew my own map, since the game neglects to load one, and I am fairly sure that I have been everywhere this place has to offer. I defeated Ultima Esper, unlocked the aquarius gate, P.U.H.A.’ed (E.M.S. term for Pick Up Haul Ass) to and through Aquarius Gate I, unlocked Taurus Gate twice to explore both of those areas, the left one is nothing to write home about, the right one takes me to further Waystones, until I get to what looks like a sleeping gigantic machine… The machine does absolutely nothing… So I go to leave, like the rough drawing in the select button says to do at the bottom, backtracking my way home, when I get to where Way Stone X should be (the one that takes you to Way Stone IX), it is gone! I can’t get out or past the ‘Great Crystal’ Level!!! Someone please lend some advice, any and all is greatly appreciated.

Oh, BTW, for those who are confused, ffem is lost in Giruvegan. I tried to help earlier, but came up empty.

i’m not sure where you are? and even if i did, i’m pretty sure it would be too confusing. you may want to take 20 bucks and buy the cheat book….er…..strategy guide. or, if you’re cheap go to your local book seller and take notes on the parts you need help with-barnes and noble really loses money from me, lol. i know that the great crystal uses a code word system to describe where you are at, ex: pvrati supra lexienah = outer south layer (these are not the actual words, just made up ones). that code word explanation is in the 100 secrets of FF 12 section.

Or you can save to 20 bucks and I could just scan the page for you. I know I sure as hell would have gotten lost there. The book takes you straight through though, with no wandering and gathering from fights. So I’m willing to help if you don’t mind a flat-out "go here, now go there".

Jezus this is gunna be a bitch, to get to way stone X you need to either come from waystone IX, OR, -A Vikaari Kanbhru Ra-, this has waystone XX in the middle. If your in -A Vikaari Kanbhru Ra- way stone X is the first exit on the right of the ‘Sagitarius gate 1’.

To get to -A Vikaari Kanbhru Ra- (waystone XX) you come from waystone XIX (-Dha Vikaari Dhebon Ra-) which is the first exit to the right of where Ultima is, Second exit to the right of where the aquarious gate stone is and they are all exits from -Dha Vikaari Kanbhru Pis- thats where the save crystal is.

I mapped this area out as well i did’nt want 1 already done by some1 else but their are maps out their if you google it, i dont think they have the names for each area though but it does’nt really matter. Youve probably found your way out before reading this anyways ;o)

I appreciate everyone’s help… I still have yet to get out, and here’s the perdiciment (cain’t spel tooday!)…

I beat ultima, then saved, went through waystone xix, then to where waystone 10 was… it just isn’t there! I am totally unsure why, but it is not there. I go back to it, have done so at least 10 times, and have to fight 5 fireballs, but the center of the floor is totally empty. Is there some special thing I could have forgotten to do first? Has anyone ever in their days seen a waystone dissapear as this one has so elegantly done?!? I drew my own map on the way through, but could always use others, simply because there may have been something I neglected to do. I dunno… thanks a lot guys, I am sure we (yes you are involved now!!) can get through this!
