Dear Galbadia Hotel Customers,
here is something I was looking after for years now and finally – after I tried it a hundred times and looking for it on various sites – I put together my very own game rip of all music tracks in this great horror adventure. Get it here:

Hello again, after many years looking for the book with the "original history of the valley, the forging of an evil heart" and see how big it is in and of itself the story of this game, a group of programmers have decided to take this play both high definition graphics and sound.

I’ll handle the music and sounds is where I belong, so I was looking for a good rip of the soundtrack of the game and saw that you had it in the format "flac" or simple mp3 which is what I was looking for orchestrations make quick and see if it is worth starting from scratch with the music.

The concept art, we have in mind to bring each map pixel by pixel to 1080 original but not rescaled or resized, as well as improve the playability of the game when working with the mouse and it moves faster and better action when are poisoned or cursed in the original game the gameplay became a horrible experience that was only capable of solving the magnificent plot of the game.

For my part now is I can say for now :). If you have the updated link to the game music will help me to see what results has the automatic orchestration. In short passing the original music of a 16 bit 44000hz midi real music orchestrated.

Hi Gordon, first I would like to congratulate the team that is developing the remake, including you, who have the honor to update the sounds and the music. No doubt the soundtrack was one of the highlights of the game because it created a terrific atmosphere and sometimes I felt afraid to continue playing for not knowing what to expect on the other side of a door.

Unfortunately I discovered this thread later and the original poster, Tormentor667, never answered or returned to update the link with the full score. However, another user on another thread uploaded a few themes in MP3 and those are the only ones I have.

(2 de 2) @ ElOtroLado.net Otras Consolas Consolas cl�sicas (http://www.elotrolado.net/hilo_hilo-avnturas-d-terror-veil-of-darkness_957347_s10)) y me he sentido identificado en los primeros p�rrafos cuando describ�as aquella �poca en la que Internet a�n no se hab�a extendido y la experiencia de pasarse un juego era m�s emocionante y dif�cil (llamando por tel�fono a los amigos, etc). Yo compr� VOD en la colecci�n que mencionas y tengo los disquetes originales y el manual en espa�ol incluyendo "La Forja de un Malvado Coraz�n", as� que lo pongo a vuestra disposici�n para el remake. Y si necesit�is gente para el equipo no soy programador pero s� cineasta (productor y director de cortometrajes) por lo que puedo echaros una mano en gui�n, storyboards para anim�ticas, etc.

Gracias Yei_em, la verdad es que ahora mismo estamos "descompilando" el c�digo fuente del juego, ya que UBISOFT que es la propietaria de los derechos del mismo no ha liberado el c�digo fuente y tenemos que ver si se puede hacer algo con el para portarlo a otro lenguaje de programaci�n, y valorar si es mejor trabajar con lo "poco" que hay o empezar de cero. El manual ya lo tengo hace mucho, por lo menos dos a�os y lo pude comprar por 2 euros en una tienda de La Mancha que estaba liquidando todo el material y as� fue como consegu� una copia original del juego sin quitar el precinto 🙂 y por supuesto con la historia del valle.

la idea es lo que te he comentado, valorar si se puede hacer algo con lo que hay o empezar de cero (mucho m�s engorroso).

no paro de pedir, pero si pudieses conseguirme las partidas guardadas con todas las localizaciones descubiertas del juego, ser�a todo un acierto, pues ahora mismo estamos trabajando en el arte conceptual y redise�ar los niveles desde cero para poder empezar ya a dibujar mientras otros estamos con el c�digo viendo si se puede hacer un port o mejorar lo que hay.

El proyecto sigue adelante, ahora estoy mirando el RPG Maker 3d, tiene muy buena pinta y parece bastante potente para "re-hacer" el juego, mientras investigamos el c�digo original (del que ya hab�a un proyecto en source), tengo muy buenas sensaciones con lo que he visto del rpg maker 3d, en serio, la perspectiva isom�trica la clava.
