Anyone have the soundtrack for the anime Case Closed?

I uploaded two soundtracks for it a few days ago:

BTW, the Japanese name for the anime is Detective Conan.

There are a bunch of soundtracks for it. I know I have the movie soundtracks, and I think I might have some from the series itself. I’m in a different location until Sunday, though, so I can look then if you’re patient. ^_^

The ones in the first thred I tried to download but they save as an RAR file which means they won’t play on my computer. Any suggestions?

You need WinRAR to extract them. They’re probably regular MP3s.

OST 1, 2, a couple "best of" theme collections, and the first eight movie OSTs. I have 9 and 10’s soundtracks too, they just haven’t been ripped from their CDs yet.

About to upload #2 now. I’ll put it on both sites. The quality’s not as good on the second OST… whoever ripped it before only did it at 80kbps, and they were WMA files. It’s better than nothing. ^^; I went looking before I started converting, and you really can’t find it.

These are great tracks. Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately, the two tracks I was searching for the most weren’t part of those OSTs. Them’s the breaks.

If possible, I’d like to request the OST to the first movie. I think one of the songs I’m looking for may be part of it, though I’m not sure. That’s why I didn’t request it before.

I also have a question about the "Best of" theme collections. Are they collections of opening and ending themes or of various BGM throughout the series?

The song I’m looking for from the first movie OST plays when Conan is using the solar-powered skateboard to search for the location of the bomb. I haven’t seen the film in quite some time, so I’m a little fuzzy on the sound.

But I think it was a remix of a song from episode 81, The Popular Singer Kidnapping Case (Part 1), when Conan and pals are running from train station to train station at the demand of the kidnapper.

Another song I’m looking for, which is likely part of the third OST, is the one that plays at the beginning of episode 49, The Diplomat Murder Case (Part 2). It’s when Conan’s recounting what happened in the previous episode.

I doubt it’s part of any of the movie OSTs. If by some freak coincidence one of the movie OSTs has some remix of that song, I’d like to request it. Of course, I’m not asking you to search through 8 soundtracks for 1 song you might never remember hearing. That’s a pain in the ass. If the song doesn’t instantly come to your mind, forget about it.

As for the theme collections, I’m not interested in any of them.

No prob. ^_^

I like bits and pieces of each soundtrack. But if I had to recommend one (and this is movie soundtracks, since I don’t have the others), I’d recommend the one for the third Movie, The Last Magician of the Century. (But I’m a huge Kaitou KID fan, so…) THAT OST, I listen to all the way through without really skipping around too much. There’s this one track, #16. Very mellow, just a double bass, a piano, and a sax, with some light percussion.

To be honest, I haven’t listened to the 10th one yet, even though I’ve had the CD for a few months now.
