Drake666: One, there aren’t any skips that I can recall. Two, it depends on what you think is high quality. Most of these are 320kbps, though tracks on G.U. and Game Music soundtracks vary between 192 and 320. the Liminality Edge/Twilight Sea single (as I just mentioned), the Infection rip (not surprisingly), and the Game Music Disc 3 (sound effects rather than songs) are 128kbps, and I haven’t found better ones, though if I do, I’ll put them up here.

As for fragment… that just makes me mad that its not here….

I guess if severs are going down or being corrupt maybe an adventure will start… Has anyone gone into a coma yet

The game music OST has all the music from the 4 games compiled into 2 discs with sound effects as a bonus disc. Is that what u wanted….

Marth: I didn’t realize I had the Liminality Bonus disc also labeled as the Senya Ichiya single in a different place on my computer – I’ve fixed that. I believe See-Saw is the artist for Obsession, Gentle Dawn, Edge, and Twilight Sea. Love your ava, btw.

Not yet – I’m getting there; I’m a few weeks behind on all my anime and manga since I started my new job. I’ve been relaxing with the music and uploading rather a lot lately. Actually, I was listening to the Eureka 7 soundtrack today at work (in a bank) and my manager asked what the heck I was listening to. She happened to hear one of the crazy techno tracks and I had to reassure her that it was a soundtrack with a bunch of different kinds of songs.

No, there’s not a Senya Ichiya single. I had the same songs with titles in English in one file and in Japanese in another file on my computer. I didn’t think about them being the same thing, that is, both were the bonus disc, until someone pointed it out here.

It’s a special disk that came with vol.6 of the ".hack//G.U.-THE WORLD" magazine in Japan. It contained the few music tracks that weren’t on the vol.1 OST, as well as the 2 special songs, Karl’s theme and the original/Prototype theme for Haseo/Skeith, "Fu? Lotaif? From the Reflection". Though since the Mag is Japan only, only a few people actually have it. There’s also a second disk with other BGMs from vol.2.

In certain Web I found that a 3th Disk was realease in the OST 1 of hack G.U. that Disk 3 contains the BGM of the game, in other Web I found that the Disk 3 contains the first episode of Online Jack, the Tokyo Game Show Trailer, the Tokyo Anime Fair Trailer and a Desktop and Sound Theme for your personal PC.

What is the truth and where I can found it?

A third disc came with the soundtrack as well. Though DVDs are a common bonus with soundtracks, this was actually a CD that had easily-accessed, unencrypted movie files and sound bytes to enhance one’s PC experience. Had I understood the humor behind it, I would have also had much to say about the quirky "Online Jack Scenario #1." The video shows a guy interviewing people and asking them about, I’m guessing, MMORPGs. They don’t seem to like being asked about it. It’s silly, and it’s the sort of thing that helps to flesh out the nature of a fictional universe, such as the one created by CyberConnect2."

Gah, I wish. Everything I’ve got is up here, and I always update with new finds. SeiShoujoLolita and I have been searching for that, too, with no luck. There’s also supposed to be something from .hack//The World vol 3, but I haven’t heard much about it, so I’m not sure if it really exists.

The disc with Carl’s Theme was released with Vol 6 of .hack/GU The World Magazine. I know that the other disc was released with Vol 11 but I really don’t know what all is on there; I’m just thinking it’s possible that Harald’s Theme is on there. Anyway, I hope that info helps in your search. SeiShoujoLolita and I have both been looking for it with no luck – hope you have better results!

"Harald’s Theme" is on a few of the LIMINALITY disks, 2-4 specifically. If you go to "Extras" and then "DVD Credits" (or something to that effect XD) Harald’s Theme will play in the background. I tried ripping it, but it’s too hard ;___; With the way the DVD is set up, it’s impossible to download it the way I tried >.< (and since I don’t know of another way it doesn’t help much lol). Sorry to say it must be something on your end…the Carl’s Theme link still works. Let me know if there’s another site that works better for you and I’ll put up a mirror.

Year is 2008 of course (since it just came out)
From what I’ve been able to determine, the composer is Chikayo Fukuda

I’m just wondering if anyone’s been able to find the "The World" versions of the GU 2 and 3 soundtracks? There’s one particular song I’m looking for that was in 3, which I’m pretty sure is on that version of the soundtrack, yet I can’t manage to find it anywhere. *sadface*

As I read all the info of that website you found I see it, like they included a remastered version of vol. 3 in the Vol. 11.
I believe that for that remastered of vol. 3 we (more exactly Beulah Page, Thankyou) were able to obtain it.

Because they only say that the vol. 3 was a hit, and they remastered it and dont forget this line:

and for that I think that they are talking about the as we call it Vol. 11 – Harald Theme

As Far I know That is a different One Harald Theme, yours is the one of the .hack//INFECTION, the one missing, the Vol. 11 is totally different, the version of G.U. a version that no one have it… yet

All these CD are Extra Soundtracks because some of those Tracks arent in the OST’s and others are different versions of some old tracks, and other are used in the cut scenes of the game in the OST’s of .hack or G.U.

That is vol. 6, Karl no Theme

As I read all the info of that website you found I see it, like they included a remastered version of vol. 3 in the Vol. 11.
I believe that for that remastered of vol. 3 we (more exactly Beulah Page, Thankyou) were able to obtain it.

Because they only say that the vol. 3 was a hit, and they remastered it and dont forget this line:
Hack / / GU Vol.2 Kimi Sang-S voice" plus songs Appendix Soundtrack Special!
and for that I think that they are talking about the as we call it Vol. 11 – Harald Theme

I would still like to get that soundtrack, for the sake of completion. And somehow, someone should try to rip all the music from the PS2 games, PLEASE.
