Well, I wouldn’t go as far as to declare that every Japanese person is a pervert, Espanha, much less the entire population of Earth holding that misconception to be true; that being said, from my own personal experience upon first visiting Wall Market, perception, rather than an erroneous preconceived notion, was key to the realization I had come to.

FFVII had an abundance of NPCs who could fit that description; if you were to take into account my view of Wall Market, and the fact that it’s a place with many "Bubba-looking guys," you’d see I’d be hard-pressed to have any idea of whom you were hinting to.

I’ll take a stab in the dark, and say you were mentioning either Dio or that dude with the afro in the gym (you know whom I’m talking about).
