Long live lossless! Here is the ost from Klonoa: Door to Phantomile, in FLAC.
This game and Grandia were Da Games to shape my view of what is a Great Game for the rest of my life. Thus, this ost and best of Grandia are the only osts I own… so this upload ends my Long-live-lossless series :p
:smrt: So, enjoy the superior quality and the feeling of not missing out on anything:

Actually the difference between 320kbps mp3 and lossless is so subtle most people won’t notice it, at least not with this music (I don’t) ๐ But if you listen to Final Fantasy Symphonic Suite or something like that, I think you’ll find that flac sounds kind of crisper and ‘cleaner’ than mp3.
I prefer lossless both because of the sound quality, and because I get that feeling of not missing anything (even if I don’t hear a notable difference), like I said in my first post.
I’m confounded how two of the tracks are 20+ megs large. Weird…
Hmm, it seems the tracks range from less than 5mb to over 20mb. I guess that some tracks could be compressed more than others. And of course, many of them aren’t very long, while some are. The average size of a flac file of about 3 minutes is above 20 megs, so I’m more concerned about the small files…

Watch what you’re saying.
Who made the first Klonoa OST? IT RULES!!!
That’s correct.
Who made the first Klonoa OST?
Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find out that. Credits say only NAMCO as far as I have seen. It is possible that the artist or artists are given in the cd booklet, but I can’t read japanese ๐
IT RULES!!!
Yeah! :coolegg:
Grandia is the one game that proves that you dont need CGmovies to make a good RPG. All you need is a good battle system, good characters, a cool plot and lots of fun events and dialogs.
Just in case you miss this. There is a klonoa Fan cd. Here are the samples.

I TOOK 3 DAYS FOR ME TO UPLOAD THAT SHIT SINCE MEDIACRAP SCREWED UP MY UPLOADS ALL THE TIME DAMNIT I HATE THE ENTIRE WORLD.
don’t expect a quick reupload.
Also, another reason why FLAC is good: Youtube uploads.
I’d assume so, anyway.
So it doesn’t work for itunes but for Windows Media player so do you know another place?
Any chance of anyone re-upping this?
Thanks.
Thanks,
Jdot.
Nope, want me to upload one?
Nah. Found it.
Actually, I’d be happy if you wouldn’t mind uploading the MP3 format of Klonoa for other admirers of this soundtrack like myself, please.

Klonoa is better than Sonic. You never hear of a bad Klonoa game, and theres a bad Sonic game released almost every year.
HOWEVER, I don’t know why Sonic was even brought up. Klonoa and Sonic are not rivals. They’re not from companies that are rivals, their gameplay couldn’t be any more opposite. Klonoa is slow, creative, requires some thinking, and some skill to a degree in bonus levels. Sonic is fast, repetitive (hold right to win for the 1st 2-3 worlds of every game), nearly no skill, and pretty much all you do to keep from dieing is to not fall in a pit, because no regular enemy has given trouble sonic in the history of ever.

Thank you!
When I buy the CD, I’ll sherrr.
But don’t expect it to happen quickly.
Good news, I bought it.
Bad news, I do not have possession of it yet.
Well, have the best Christmas present this place can offer:
