I not 100% sure, but I sure Itunes does that. Once you put a song in Itunes he sense if it a WMA or some kinda formt that not fit for itunes software; it should fix it and turn it into a mp4.

Is there an other way? I do not have iTunes and don’t have an iPod anyway. I play my music an a PSP and would like to be able to rad the track titles! BTW, I am running a P2 with Windows 98 if that helps.

You can edit the tags with Foobar. Don’t know if it works within Win98.
