Recomend me some Evil Music?

I Don’t know if I’m right, But some evil music can be like Full of drums and evil Tone-ish, like Dark Lich theme (The Oracle, From SoM), Sacrifice II.

This is not a request, I only want to know what Evil music are, I’m not requesting nothing

If you want something sinister sounding, try Super Metroid, IMHO. Especially the track where you fight the Chozo statue (#32 – Mysterious Statue Chamber). The album is called "Super Metroid: Sound in Action," and it’s already uploaded to the main site.

Yea, Silent Hill is just Evil. Do you hear The Dark Lich themes in SoM [37-The Oracle] is really E-V-I-L!

When I think of evil music, I immediately go to "Parasite Queen Battle" from Metroid Prime.

Also, "Abandoned Pit" from Castelvania: Symphony of the Night, "Iifa Tree" from Final Fantasy IX, and "Death Marshes" from Turok 2 are good.

–Sacrifice Part I from Seiken Densetsu III (you mentioned Sacrifice Part II, although I think Sacrifice Part I is far more evil)

–The 13th Struggle from Kingdom Hearts II

–Curse of Weil from Mega Man Zero 3*

–Fate: Theme of Weil/Deep Seated Grudge from Mega Man Zero 4* and Mega Man ZX*

–Trap Phantasm from Mega Man ZX*

*In these cases, generally the official Remastered version is even better and thus evokes a much greater sense of evil

If you don’t care that it’s instrumental wrestling, almost all of the Undertaker’s themes are pretty evil/creepy. Mostly the funeral marches/reaper themes (darkest days iirc), Rollin, and Dead Man walking aren’t technically evil, they’re just more bad-ass.

There are various version of the Hymn of the Faythe in Final Fantasy X, but the version at Zanarkand itself really gave me goosebumps with its minor harmonies.

There’s also a song from Lunar: The Silver Star Story… I think it’s when Xenobia, Phacia, and Royce reveal themselves… It has this creepy breathing sound effect in the background that always creeps me out. =P

And, of course, we can’t forget to mention One-Winged Angel from FFVII!

This is Kazuyas theme before you fight Devil from Tekken 2. One of the best tracks ever made for the game.. The track is known by many as ’emotionless passion’.

However though, that’s not really where I’m getting at. you see, when you beat Kazuya he transforms & you go on to fight the end boss, Devil Kazuya, not to mention a scary fight if his difficulty is hard, you’ll hear the mood of the other song change to something more sinister & evil it’s awesome. Tekken 2 is a great OST btw.

The FolksSoul OST is very haunting.

The evilest song I’ve heard from a video game would have to be the main menu music for Twisted Metal: Black, that song is bad ass and just screams evil. I highly recommend that song

I remember that one. I forget which track number it is, but it comes from the disc you got in the deluxe package. *makes mental note to put music from CD onto computer soon*

As for my bids, let us not forget Intrigue from Lunar SSSC, or(and I can’t believe no one said any of these already) Boss Battle, Lucia vs Zophar, Zophar’s Theme, and Zophar’s Revival from Lunar EBC. If you’re still hungry for evil soundtracks, just about every track in Lament of Innocence or Castlevania 64 is appropriately evil-sounding.

If you need more, and the thread stalls, lemme know…I got more ideas.:D

Edit: I figured out the name of that track you were talking about, alteregoivy. It’s called Vile Tribe, and it is indeed from the bonus CD you got with the game.

One of the most evil tracks I’ve heard in a while, tops Iifa Tree and OWA put together.

"Airship Theme" from Super Smash Bros. Brawl sounds very evil to me. Arceus’ theme song from Pok�mon Diamond and Pearl is extremely evil, it’s mainly drums. The 0� battle theme song from Kirby 64 is another one. These are about the only ones I can think of at the top of my head.

I’d go for Venom, Star Wolf, Sector X and Bolse from Star Fox 64.

I’ve always thought "Seymour’s Ambition" track from Final Fantasy X sounds pretty evil, but in a kind of humorous way. There’s probably a few good evil-sounding tracks in the Shadow Hearts OSTs, though not so much SH: From The New World, since that’s a much less sinister game in comparison. And also, Chaos Legion has an amazing soundtrack, I guess some of those songs could sound "evil" to some people.

Along with alteregoivy’s post, I think the Yunalesca version of Hymn Of The Fayth is the creepiest, but…that may well be in Zanarkand.

Ok I would throw in an obscure one, called Chronicles of the Black Moon or Black Moon Chronicles. The game has tons of gothic dark tracks and half of them are chanting. It’s freaky stuff, but pretty badass too.

Elements that make good fear inducing music:
Any sounds that you might hear in an old rusty jail.
Echo’s of metals falling from decay in a dank empty environment.
Intense drum beats, almost tribal like.
Anything that resembles old, decay, disrepair, emptiness, solitude, large open spaces with a lot of noises that echo through hallways.
Booming echoes. clanking.
Anything that has an essence of fear if used right.
think about being all alone in a huge old ship.
It’s all rusty and dark, and you can hear it creaking in a booming echo, and all the sounds are amplified, and its very damp and cold.

Silent Hill music is a perfect example of portraying true fear in its soundtrack alone. If you can find these songs, they’re a perfect example.

Definitely, definitely one of the creepiest songs ever. I friggin’ love that song. It’s quite high on my list of creepy game songs… heck, my list of all creepy songs in general!

Adding to this, one of my all-time favorite creepy songs if from Boku to Maoh (otherwise known as Okage: Shadow King). It’s called Baroque-Dowaruk. You will never find a more evil-sounding song.

Of course The Darkness OST, nomen est omen. All over evil and, urm… dark.

I’d also recommend you the OST of the game (and OVA) ENZAI. Despite the fact this game is a Yaoi game, the music is really superb, and, added to this, really really dark (and fitting to the game/OVA).

Going out of my usual lurker status here.

Try some songs from Folklore – most of them aren’t really tribal, but if you’re looking for sinister type evil, "Resurfacing Past," and "Arranged History" are the way to go. Off the top of my head, the only tribal-like evil theme from Folklore would be "In the Land of Judgement" and possibly "The End of Memories," more the former than the latter.

Other than that, try BB Corps from the MGS4 soundtrack – although not evil, it sure as hell is scary.

If you still want evil music, you should check-out The Darkness’ OST! Each track subtitled "(Action)" begins real edgy, with tense orchestral drumms & bassy wind instruments, then roughly halfway through it kicks in with immensely dark metal – Powerful stuff! But if you were mainly banking on the "evil drumms" then I’d suggest "Nothingness" (track. 19) on the Tekken 4 OST,
sorry if that wasn’t helpful, I’ll try looking for more evil music while I’m here.

How far back are you willing to go, because some of the soundtracks for the Classic DOOM series of Games are absolutely bone chilling, they are the personification of evil.
