You know, the type of music that plays during factory stages. It’s usually of the techno/industrial type, and Kirby 64’s Factory Inspection typifies this style. Repetitive anvil clashes and a wide variety of mechanical sounds are used well to provide the tracks with the atmospheric component they need to represent the stage well.
So, am I the only one that enjoys this type of music in games or are there others?

Oh yeah, I like these, too. Be sure to check out my VGM albums in a few days, because I will make one based on that theme, it’ll be called "Power of Science".
A few of them:
Secret of Mana – Leave Time for Love
Mario Basketball 3on3 – Wario Factory
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 – Chemical Plant Zone
Sonic Riders – Egg Factory
Lost Vikings 2 – The Future
Transsibiria – Taymyr Industries (I’m having that exclusively… the composer gave it to me 8D)
Super Mario RPG – Weapon Factory
Terranigma – Genius’ Playground
Final Fantasy VI – Devil’s Lab
Donkey Kong Country 2 – Mine

The closest thing I can think of is:
Mecha-Robo Corps Charge! – Blue Dragon
Stuff that has the same feel:
Slam Shuffle – Final Fantasy VI
Robo’s Theme – Chrono Trigger
Parasite Queen Battle – Metroid Prime
Lifeline – Breath of Fire V
Knight From Beyond

The only one I can think of is Theme of Madril from Okage: Shadow King.
