[Zell] The most detailed thread ever

Ok i’m probably gonna cosplay Zell some time from now, and I wanna make the most out of it…try to be a total blast! and I need help!

All of you fans out there…i need every detail of Zell’s clothes, moves, appearence and personality…i have some basis:

Clothes:
-Main clothes:
+ black and red jacket with a flame design in blue on the sleeves
+ blue shorts with one pocket on each side
+ black and red shoes with silver socks
+ black belt with metal…stuff that makes it tighten…(have no idea what it’s called)
+ gloves (I wanna wear ehrgeiz) black and red gloves with balamb symbol on the back of the hand and white….wings? near the pulse..i really need help on this i dunno exactly how they are.
-Balamb Clothes (I wanna wear these, but i know almost nothing about them!)
+ dark blue pants (can you tellme that color name? or are they black/grey?)
+ same color jacket, zipped to the top (i think) and with only those designs on the shoulders.
+ grey stripe in the neck part too
+ have no idea how the shoes are
can you get me an image of the full thing? i cant seem to find any…

Appearence:
height: 5’5”
eye color: blue
hair color: blond
hair style: pulled back on sides, 4 …(i dunno how you call that….the spikes in front) brushed back on the top, and brushed up in the back
the tattoo on the left side of course…
does Zell wear earings?
and i think that’s about it…

Personality:
Zell is slighty impulsive….he iiiiis……always punching the air when bored, he get’s pissed off real quick…he has a lot of energy, likes to talk with everyone…he’s shy around girls…what more?

Please do help me out here…^^ thx in advance =D, this is one of my projects and i’m really looking forward to do it!

Zell always got on my nerves and just was a bit annoying.

He was kinda cute though.

I used him in my party. I didn’t even use Selphie. I know that’s weird to you, Purrr. But, it’s true.

I’d post this with my other account, but I don’t feel like pissing anyone off by doing that. Not that they’d actually do anything.

My party had Squall, Irvine and Selphie in it. Mostly because I’m not much of a magic user and two of their limit breaks did horrendous amounts of melee damage, whilst Selphie would either cast Full Cure or even better; The End.

I used Squall (well, everyone did -_-), Rinoa, and Zell.

Zell’s limit was fun in that you had to do inputs yourself (beyond hitting a trigger). Rinoa has some pretty good later limits that weren’t Angel Wing.

Plus, I tend to keep shippings together in parties as much as I can. Like if I used Selphie, I’d probably want to use Irvine. But, I didn’t like using up ammo just like I didn’t like using up magic.

My party always consisted of Squall, Selphie, and Rinoa. Just because I have a general bias and perfer the female characters. =) I didn’t like Zell too much at all. He annoyed me too and I was actually never really good with his limit breaks. =/

And I believe the Balamb uniform shoes were black and the uniform itself was navy blue.

P.S. I also want to see cosplay pics!

I’ve seen this thread on another forum (Neo Seekers) some other junk the other day in one of my Google trawling moods as I am currently replaying FF8 for the umpteenth time. But with all due respect, this reeks of fanfolkism. I hardly see any information that you couldn’t already observe just by playing the game. Hardly detailed.

The thread also seems to have been derailed with preferences over party formation, so woo, I will give that a whirl.

First and second time through, the boys (Irvine, Squall and Zell). Later re-runs I became a little more aware of the fact that the actual characters do not make a damn difference at how effective you are at winning battles. It was a case of learning more about different characters and replacing Zell and Squall with the others. Quistis and Rinoa featured in my last re-run, and Selphie this time around.
