But anyway, I don’t mean stuff that’s shocking/gory. I mean stuff involving a similar limited little setting, is more mystery-ish, and a crazy ending.
These are the ones I can think of that I’ve seen:
-All the Saws
-All the Cubes
-House of 9
-Are You Scared (shitty joke of a movie)
-Unknown
-Phone Booth
-Mindhunters
-Identity
-1408 (not really a mystery but still fun)
-Funny Games (thumbs DOWN)
-Captivity
I probably missed one here and there but name me some good ones.
or the devil’s advocate
So far "Devil’s Advocate" and "The Tomb" are the only ones mentioned I haven’t seen… any more?
The Descent
Event Horizon
The Mist
See No Evil
The Thing
Vacancy
Funny Games (original)
Some of these movies won’t fit all of your requirements, but they will fit some.
Also I’m curious of what you thought of Unknown.
Also going to really recommend Identity. Right up your alley, I think.
But in case you’re curious, avilslare, you said you haven’t seen Unknown? It was great, definitely not horror but indeed the kind of movie that I was looking for, definitely watch it. There’s nothing scary about that movie, no gore, but a lot of suspense and mystery. A little confusing at the end, though.
But "The Game" was also quite fun… ridiculous but fun.
Well, at first but then I edited it real quick. I’m surprised that you saw my original post.
But there are two Funny Games: the original foreign film and the American remake. Which one did you see?
Also in an earlier post of mine I warned you to NOT see The Tomb because it was so terrible yet you seem to think I recommended it. Did you pay attention to my post?
zombie kids that scream like cats FTW!

I second this. I love The Village.
