Hi folks,

I decided to reunite all my albums I did in the past in one big thread. In the future I will post the upcoming albums only here, so you will find them quicker …

For all of you, who don’t know about my "selfmade albums", a short description:

I take the game rips I like and edit them to a listenable album, like an official OST.

Update …

this is cool, i wanted to check out certain soundtracks in the past but the rips were too confusing to listen to

as these are from game rips, are they kept in ogg format or re saved as mp3s?

The newer ones are kept in ogg files. (Wolfenstein; Dead Space and Lady in the Water)
The older albums are saved in mp3 320kbs.

Even though it’s great to simply have the music, some direct rips are hell to listen too, so it good to have somebody like yourself with the ability to arrange them like this.

I was very disappointed about the official release of "Dead Space". The OST contained a lot of action music which isn’t that good. None of the suspense stuff made it on the official album, so I did my own version, to keep the atmosphere from the game …

i’m the complete opposite. i loved the action tracks. they are were brilliantly layered, with depth, story and progression. better than some recent movie scores. its like the death metal of orchestra, the matrix trilogy and gears of war belong in that genre.

Any plans on a Bioshock 2 custom album? I really enjoy your Bioshock 1 album. All of the "official" releases for 1 and 2 are very poor compared to yours.

any chance of getting Wolfenstein uploaded through a new site. i am having constant trouble with RapidShare. for some odd reason it won’t load any more.

Thanks for these; grabbing your BioShock stuff right now. I must say your Dead Space album sounds intriguing. I too was disappointed in the official release — I generally prefer the more atmospheric kinda music, so there were one or two good tracks on the OST, but there was too much of the cacophonic action stuff (which is great in the game, but not very enjoyable to listen to by itself) and not enough of the more ambient, creepy stuff. So I hope you re-upload that. 🙂

Yup, that Dead Space one is solid, definitely better than the official release. Jericho and Fracture are great too, never knew about them. Thanks again!

But is it? The file has 12 titles. Just with titles such as 02 – Going Into Alcatraz, 03 – Dropship Down,…10 – The Red Beam Become Blue,…
No composer is listed. ALthough Call of Duty 3 was scored by Joel Goldsmith. I listened to that soundtrack at it’s not the same…
So what is this?

The description says…
"The album contains 10 tracks. About 56 mintues. I tried to tell a story with the music, not necessarilly the story of the game, which I never played (no console)."

Any help appreciated!
