A few notes before I begin.
1. It is my intent to do the most comprehensive collection of music related to all incarnations of Battlestar Galactica.
2. Only one of the following albums are my rips. All are my uploads. It is not my intention to step on anyone’s toes.
Until further notice, links will no longer be maintained. Links will not be renewed upon request.
Others are, of course, allowed to post their own links here or elsewhere.
Until then,

Anyway’s thanks for this, helps out alot!
My understanding is, and I could be wrong, is that the cast and crew promo is exactly that, a disc issued at the end of the series for the wrap party. Since it has no new material, this cannot be confirmed. But since I can’t be sure it isn’t a fake, here it is.

These were the only ones that I haven’t heard of before.
Does Anyone know of any full CD case sleeves being avaible of these or has anyone made any.
Cheers
Thank you very much.

Thanks to a kind contributor, The Stu Phillips Anthology is now available in losseless. Currently in ape, I hope to also upload it in flac just as soon as I find a way to read and convert ape.
JonC
While I agree that full scans would be nice to have, my priority has been on the music itself.
JonC
Can anyone recommend a great and free audio cutter program?
It edits, and can be saved in a number of formats, both compressed and loselss.
Is this an isolated score, or does it have sfx?
Also, when it’s finished may I repost it here?
JonC
The Razor score is 1 hour 4 minutes in total.
The Plan score is 1 hour 37 minutes in total.
I hope I find the time to edit them over the weekend. Keep you guys posted.
Looking forward to these.
Ditto.
:whatislove:
Oddly the album length dropped after converting the DTS to uncompressed WAV.
The Plan is now about an 1 hour long and Razor just 42 minutes. I still kept the "Complete Score" tag cause I’m pretty sure its all the music that was featured on both movies.
I’m uploading them now to Mediafire.

Thank you so much for the complete scores! Awesome work. I think the Razor/Plan OST should have been a 2-CD set like season 4 since there’s a lot missing, especially from The Plan.
I don’t want to sound unthankful, but is it possible for you to upload the complete scores in lossless?
@JonC
Your thread is great and i really like your covers for the complete scores.
@biddy1979
Now i don’t know which cover to take. These look awesome too.
I second this…if possible.
May I repost it on my main list on the front page?
I’d also like to ask, was this an isolated score? It’s very clean.
Greatly impressed,
JonC
Both isolated scores come from the french Blu-Rays. I don’t know if the US releases had them too.
And of course you can repost them on the first page. Thats why I put them online afterall!
I put the covers of the Plan/Razor release in there via Itunes. But I already replaced them with Bdiddys Covers. They are amazing!
Of course I can upload them in lossless but I’m an absolute beginner when it comes to that subject. You guys want the uncompressed WAVS (already edited) or the original DTS files (one file per score)?
I suppose concerning filesize the easiest way would be to convert the uncompressed WAVs to FLAC, but I don’t mind some editing, so the original DTS files are fine for me, too.
Thank you again Mino_Dan!
thanks.
I was also curious about another thing. At the beginning of Razor, when Cavil meets Ellen in the strip club, there’s a band playing a sound in the background. That song (I believe performed by Bear McCreary’s brother, Brendon,) was originally written for the back half of season 4 for Joe’s bar, but never made it. Instead, it got used in the strip club. What makes it especially interesting is that it refernces Galactica’s trip to Earth and life among the Fleet. (Plausible here because the composer might have visited an oracle.)
Anyway, I suppose it wasn’t included on the isolated score, or it’d have been ripped with the rest. Is it even on your version, and if so, in what form?
Thank you again,
JonC

I think you’re thinking about "When Will the Work Be Done". It was created to be used for Joe’s Bar, but instead, it was included in one of the series finale’s flashback scenes.
Linky link : (From Bear’s brother’s band, Brendan’s Band, Myspace page) http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendId=19228646&blogId=501740983
Also, this scene you’re describing is from the Plan, I think, because neither Ellen or Cavil appear in Razor. The song in the background is the instrumental version of Apocalypse.
Just wanted to clarify a thing or two, no harm intended. ^^
thank you for the link to that song.
JonC
do you have the full audio rips of the blu-ray disks? would you be willing to upload it fully?
Thanks to a kind contributor, The Stu Phillips Anthology is now available in losseless. Currently in ape, I hope to also upload it in flac just as soon as I find a way to read and convert ape.
JonC
I think the links are a bit messed up… it takes me to the MP3 version of the Anthology, rather than the APE version… didn’t notice until I was done all four files LOL
But they should work now.
JonC
do you have the full audio rips of the blu-ray disks? would you be willing to upload it fully?
Oh okay. I ripped all the music from the DTS files. Guess they are not complete afterall. Sorry guys!
The tracklists I posted came directly from the bonus feature menues of the Blu-Ray.
But I will upload the original DTS files on Saturday. Can’t do it today as I’m not home until saturday. Hope thats okay.
But they should work now.
JonC
Awesome! ๐
The piece I am referring to is the main title theme from "Saga of a Star World."
I ripped the audio with Audacity, edited with GoldWave, then converted to FLAC with Audacity and MP3 with CDex.
I don’t know if the sound quality is 100% "lossless" for the FLAC version, and I don’t really care. If someone can do a "true" lossless version, please be my guest. I’m happy with this for now.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=S9L1EDZ1
EDIT: I don’t know how long that file will stay there. I only have a regular account on MegaUpload at the moment.
took a bit longer then expected. I’m really sorry for that!

While I’m not the biggest fan of Bear McCreary and his take on the Battlestar Galactica-franchise (the mini series and Caprica excluded), I’m very much a fan of the "original" series’ music and its composer Stu Philips.
Since you also included the score for Buck Rogers – one of the first records I ever bought – I would like to point you (and the rest of the readers here) to two links on youtube (notes quoted):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0n-2-8C10Qs
Notes:
This version of the Electronic Tune called "Jelly Belly" is a re-constructed Version as can be heard in the Theatrical release of "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century" from 1979.
The source was an old german VHS Tape. So i cut out some music pieces, delete the Dialogues and put the whole pieces together in an arrangement. Due to the circumstances of the dubbing, there are some missing further pieces it is unfortunatley not the whole track as can be heard. Sorry for this.
But this is, as far as i know, the only recording of the Film i.e the pilotepisodes Version of this very great and rare electronic piece of Music.
According to Mr Phillips the final Mix resp. the final take of that Music lies in the vaults of MCA Records, and it seems there is never a chance for a decent release of the original recordings ๐
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ik1hpDlPH3o
Notes:
This is a very very rare alternate version of the electronic dance track from the recording sessions to the Score of "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century" back in 1979.
At the beginning you can even hear the Soundengineer or the Tapeoperator.
Neither this or the final recording of that track can be found on the Original MCA Records LP or the Intrada CD.
According to Mr. Phillips he used a lot of vintage Kurzweil, Oberheim and Moog Synthesizers for this very moody track, played by Ian Underwood and Michael Boddicker. Also the title "Jelly Belly" is from his remberance.
The final version can only be heard in the Pilotepisodes or the Theatrical Version.
____
From my own personal experience I would also like to point out that the German band Kraftwerk has a track from around the same time (1978) on their album "Die Mensch Maschine" ("The Man-Machine") that sounds very similar to Jelly Belly:

Inspired? Maybe. Similar? Definitely!

Unfortunately, there is no way for me to check without downloading it, then trying to open it. If you know of a specific case where it is wrong, (Buck Rogers, for instance, is labeled correctly,) please let me know and I shall adjust it.

VERY THANKS for this collection!!!

The link for the compilations album is down while I get ready to add to it. When I finish doing so, (don’t have a date yet,) I will reupload it.
The Royal Scottish orchestra is indeed Varese, and thus, cannot be posted on this board.
Anyone got a rip for the BSG Xbox/PS2 game?
I have been unable to rip it myself, and it appears to be too obscure for others to have ripped. If I can get it, I will post it.
JonC
Does exist a mp3 cue of the main title/prolog of the Battlestar Galactica movie from 1978 without SFX? On all Battlestar Galactica Soundtrack CDs a different verson from the main title/prolog is heard.
Can you reup the BG compilation CD?
Kind regards.
SciFi
bdiddy1979 uploaded that music a while back and it can be found on page 3. His version doesn’t have SFX that I’ve noticed, but it does include Patrick Macnee’s opening narration. However, an mp3 version is now on the compilation album and can be found there as well.
JonC
JonC
I have all the episodes in 5.1 and have been tempted to rip more of them to get more of the music. I can take requests if anyone would like and do my best to rip what I can until there is an official release which Bear says is inevitable.
Right now what I have is:
#) CAPRICA (Main Title) – [00:47] *Clean (Not Rip)
#) Apotheosis – [05:55] *Some rip
#) Differently Sentient – [04:41] *almost completely clean
#) Finale Credits – [00:20] *clean
as for requests. obviously anything would be awesome. but…
from "rebirth", the underscore from the memorial would be cool.
from "there is another sky", like anything.
and "end of line", the opera played at the climax.
but as i said, anything you post would be very much appreciated.
JonC
just out of curiosity, what are you using to rip those?

One question. Is Battlestar Galactica: The Best Of Seasons 1-4 the album that Bear McCreary talked about that’s suppose to be really rare?
As for rarity, it’s certainly not common, but I don’t know if it is the same as what McCreary is talking about.
JonC
Future Releases:
There are several other future releases that I’m working to bring to all of you. As I mentioned before, I’m hoping to assemble a multi-CD set of un-released material from all four seasons, perhaps even including demos, sketches, out-takes, source pieces and other odds n’ ends I’ve produced for the series. I am certain that there will be more “Music of Battlestar Galactica” concerts this year and next, one of which will hopefully lead to a concert DVD. There are also tentative plans for more ballet performances, orchestral concert suites, documentaries and sheet music releases. So, I guess what I’m trying to say is… I’m not done delivering the Galactica goods. ๐
As for rarity, it’s certainly not common, but I don’t know if it is the same as what McCreary is talking about.
JonC
Jon, have you listened to that s4 promo? Does it have anything different? I had it downloaded, but deleted it when cleaning. According to the tracklist, it showed no new pieces…??
I have not listened to them side by side. There is an earlier post on this thread who mentions that they are the same track names, because they are for the same cues, but they are in fact, subtly different. So not so much new as variations.

According to this – yes! Also a soundtrack for the short lived series The Cape!
Game Music :: Interview with Bear McCreary (April 2011) (http://www.squareenixmusic.com/features/interviews/bearmccreary.shtml)
From the posted Bear McCreary interview, he says (near the end of the interview):
"In the case of The Cape and Caprica, I am in the process of working on a soundtrack album release for both of those so that fans can hear all the things that I put in the score that sometimes get lost in the final edit."

All of which make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up! What an awesome show…
The "cylon activation" music is called "the call" on the season 3 cd..just before all along the watchtower. On Season 4, there is the scene with Starbuck playing the piano, and that is on the s 4 cd as "Starbuck Remembers" Also on s 4, there is a powerful rendition as "Starbuck’s coordinates", close to the finale.

I am interested in it. because i am the creator of the tweaked version of the theatrical version of Jelly Belly and the uploader of both versions on Youtube.
I have the Full "Jelly Belly" cue in an alternate recording as you hear on the second YT Link as mp3.
Stu Phillips sent me that a few years ago.
Apologies if this is already uploaded somewhere – but I did search the forum for "accordion" and "prelude to war" and came up blank – but here’s Bear McCreary’s "accordion orchestra" playing ~Prelude To War~
It is an official release by McCreary and even though it’s a bit silly it’s pretty rare in download circles and deserves a mention.
If you want to support McCreary buy it here: iTunes – Music – "Prelude to War" for Accordion Orchestra – Single by Bear McCreary (http://itunes.apple.com/album/prelude-to-war-for-accordion/id477648147)

Did i forgot some or these are all the tracks where this theme is played?
it’s also heard in the "assault on the colony" track about 13 minutes in on the second disc of season 4.
But I have one question, does any body know the track index of the Caprica Concert and the Season 3 Concert?
The included covers and the mp3 files, don’t have any information about that.
Many thanks in advance.
Thanks pst. This very well may be the most slower interpretation of the theme, but not without losing anything of its appeal.
I think i’ve found another version of the theme, this time on the Season 3 soundrack in the track ‘Violence and Variations’, here played sparsely throughout the track.
Here are the tracks where this theme could be found:
Season 1 – Passacaglia & The Shape of Things to Come
Season 2 – Allegro
Season 3 – Violence and Variations
Season 4 – Assault on the Colony & An Easterly View

No, I don’t think so. I think I’ve seen a quick viper scene of her during the "Lost Planet of the Gods" episodes. Not sure which episodes, but I know I’ve seen her in one of those early shots.
They shot the bridge scenes (Galactica and Cylon,) as well as the Viper shots in a corner of a small company that rents tech props out near the Burbank airport. (Their latest additions were all the mission control consoles from Apollo 13, but my favorite was what appeared to be the ’66 Bat Computer.) We got a lift up and back from Richard Hatch’s science consultant, Kevin Grazier, (later consultant for BSG, Eureka, etc.,) who also played a Cylon. Since he played a Cylon, and since the Cylon scenes were shot last, we had to hang out until shooting wrapped, sometime after 11. It was a long day, and we had to work the next, but it was a fabulous experience.

A very high quality post!!
Thx a lot.
You can find the complete score there, and the links for Flac are still working at the time I’m writing this. If you’re looking for the official release: That’s considerable shorter than this complete score.
16 tracks.
It was a re-recording and sounded completely different, compared to the Pilot Score Intrada
released in 2011. If you ask me, the old album was much better! Just compare them.
It would be fantastic to have this in 320 kbs with the source being the 1993 Edel CD. Not the
2003 issue from Geffen (which had bad sound), and not the 1999 rerecording. The real deal.
I’ve been looking online for the original album in high quality for ages, without finding it any-
more.
The Fighter Launch was so much better on it. And the Red Nova tune was also much better. I can hear it.
I must add it to my collection. Everyone needs to have the original Battlestar album, because the Season 1
release is cool, but it’s a whole different orchestra. I hear it.

You’ve asked.
You’ve asked on multiple threads, (except oddly enough, the thread for the actual album, – and no, you needn’t bother.)
If someone has it, they’ll put it up. If they don’t they can’t.
You’ve asked.
Nobody has it.
Move on.
If they have it and they don’t want to put it up, continuing to whine will not get you want you want.
(No, I don’t have it. And yes, if I did have it I wouldn’t give it to you. I don’t like your priorities.)

I will find it somewhere else. The idea of never having this is almost unbearable. Fighter Launch is so much better on the record.
It’s hard for me to understand how you don’t recognize that. It’s like night and day. And, if I don’t find it, 320 and in cd quality,
I will have to kill myself. What’re the odds?
If acting like a whiny bitch is suppose to impress me or anyone else, you need to return to your alternate reality of origin, the one where somebody gives a shit about that sort of behavior.
The Galactica soundtrack is more than just the sum of its parts. It’s a way of life! If you don’t understand, why do you post stuff
under the label of ‘all you Galactica need’, anyway? And a thread titled ‘Complete Battlestar thread’, without a mention of the
classic album in decent quality? Hello?!
I’m pretty sure I can get it somewhere else. Thank you, JonC. I will keep you posted. If my search will turn out successful, I
won’t have to take extreme measures. And I’m in cheerful spirits.
If you’ve asked for something, and a rather specific something I might add, and no one has responded, then you’ll have to wait or find it elsewhere.
It’s nothing personal (although now it may be) but generally people don’t have what you want, don’t have it in the quality you want, don’t have the time to rip/ package/ upload/ share it, or don’t see your request.
There is no guarantee implied or explicitly stated that all music will be available at all times in all qualities.
I suggest you rein in your baser instincts and relax. Be thankful for what is here that you haven’t had to pay a dime for.
On that note, perhaps you should check eBay?
Compare the tracks and tell me that I’m wrong.
Of course I get how this forum works. I just wonder how much of a true Galactica fan you people are.
The moment I find it I will come back here and post it.
In case I don’t get it, you might not hear from me ever again. So, in any case, a win-win-situation for
the shrine.
Nobody, I mean not even professional musicians, should be as obsessed as you are.
This is not a badge of honor symbolizing your dedication.

You… Understand how this forum works right? People share what they can when they can if they can.

This being a Complete Galactica thread is also a work in progress. I believe it is simply meant to be a place where you can find all AVAILABLE Galactica albums in one place, without having to comb through hundreds of posts and threads. Simple as that. The recording you are looking for must be around to buy. I do not remember it as being exceedingly rare. I had it, before the re-release album and the Intrada set came out. I only kept the Intrada.
That said, I personally think this guy is just trolling to have fun, and giving him any sort of response, even the time of day is a mistake.
Also, thank you Jon, for keeping this thread breathing. ๐
The Intrada features the pilot score, which is only partly what we had on the original 1978 album (which was partly a rerecording), so we still need the Intrada for
all the music that wasn’t on the classic album. Don’t get me wrong. I love these latest Intrada sets very much. They are a vast improvement over the 2000 anthology.
But the pilot score suffers from unrepairable tape hiss and damages. You would notice it if you used headphones, Amanda. My concern is: Half of the pieces taken
directly from the series pilot sound far worse than their much better performed, re-recorded equivalents on the classic album. Many of them are totally different cuts
altogether. It really takes me out when I listen to them. What’s so lame about the Pilot set is that they didn’t bother to include the old classic album tracks. And as the
situation seems to be, you cannot get them elsewhere, in CD quality. The only CD edition seems to be the 2003 25th Anniversary edition, which is artificially distorted.
I’m not angry about Intrada, folks. I’m angry about having to reconstruct this score AGAIN, for the 10th time, because the only legit version on CD appears to be a
German import pressed in 1994. In order to put together a definitive edition.
Whatever! I’ve ordered it via amazon.
Whatever! I’ve ordered it via amazon.
Writing music does not give you the rights to it, if you have been paid for your work. The contract is everything.
The same applies to record labels. Rights are not necessarily held in perpetuity.
Whatever! I’ve ordered it via amazon.
SOOooo….all this fuss, and you got it from amazon in a few hours of looking? What was all the I neeed it or I’ll die fuss about then? You obviously had the means and funds. What you meant was you really wanted it, but did not want to buy it. I have no issue with that, but you were essentially screaming at us to give it to you now, and then insulted the thread and the poster. You see, it’s your actions that fail to gain you any friends or respect. And, will keep your requests from getting granted when you piss off those most likely to be able to help. Just sayin’.
Intrada is a business and its decisions are business ones. I think it’s obvious from your very callous remarks about me (I am a musician and have performed in several orchestras and hold performance to a very high standard) and your dismissive attitude about the ability to release only what they legally can, that you have no intention of actually understanding and only are here to demand what you want and complain.
Intrada removed me from their forum because I kept asking the same questions which were being ignored and over-looked and lumped with ‘complaints’ which at first, mine were not.
What I was asking were valid issues. They were, in my opinion, mislabeling their release in many ways and were selling something without proper identification of the flaws in the release. If I understand your complaint, it’s simply that they didn’t include one track from a completely different recording session for a completely different release simply because it is, in your opinion ‘better.’
**confused**
I’m beginning to wonder if it wasn’t someone trolling me. I was removed from the Intrada forum for making "demands" and being "entitled" similar to how this guy is acting except I had valid complaints and wasn’t asking random strangers to give me what intrada didn’t. I was just asking them to be honest about their release…
followed by:
I would still be interested in an explanation of the issues with the Intrada release. No, I hear no issues, but I have a 20 dollar set of pc speakers, and mp3 192 or flac sounds roughly the same. ๐ I am interested in knowing what the deal is, though.
The important part is, Geffen stills has the rights. He’s already got a CD release, so he has no reason to do a different, better issue of the same recording. (Or he’d have done it already, or did it right the first time.)
Intrada CAN’T use his version.
So.
If you want it, you’re going to have to find the LP. Try your local library, mine used to have one, and if yours does not, they might be able to borrow it. Get access to a turntable, and rip your own fucking version.
You have options other than bothering us about something we can’t (and now won’t,) fix. Get off your ass, get out of your house, and GET TO WORK.
I honestly don’t care whether you post it here or not. I don’t make requests. This whole thread was built by searching and waiting, not by begging and whining.
A proper CD version exists – German import – and I have ordered a copy. Period.
btw, I have the LP, you idiot! I have it since I was 9
Arrrghhh!
(Please don’t reply. Please. I’m asking nicely. Just go away.)
PS, I’m explaining why INTRADA doesn’t have the rights to the rerecording. Rights don’t necessarily travel from country to country.
And if you were prepared to go and order it, and hope it really is better than the LP, why are you wasting our time. Again.
It’s fine if you do.
It’s fine if you don’t.
I’m not planning on downloading it, I don’t need it.
Others may want it, but that’s between you and them.
I have nothing to do with it.

:notgood: Naughty, naughty.

I am fairly sure the German import is the rerelease album, the 25th anniversary one. I had the vinyl as a girl, but I am unconvinced iit was ever pressed as a cd. I believe it was "remastered" for cd, and re-released and expanded after that, then Intradas. But I do not think the original album had a proper digital release.
Please do not call Jon names. Aside from being a heck of a guy and a close friend, he is always rather generous with his time and resources, and does not deserve that treatment. Not by any stretch.

Using this album in place of the Intrada Pilot album does NOT, NOT, NOT make it the "definitive edition" you keep on about "reconstructing". Far from it if you are swapping out original material you just like better.
———- Post added at 12:06 PM ———- Previous post was at 12:03 PM ———-
I have a better example of a commercial label "ripping you off" with a release. While organizing my files to post, I see that Varese’s SeaQuest album is less than 30 minutes of material. I know, 1993. But STILL, that’s crap. So here is yet another series far better represented via bootlegs than official album and they wonder why we pirate stuff….??
Fighter Launch and Red Nova to the Intrada. It’s like night and day. Please, try it.
It may be a very good cover, it may even be a better version than the actual session recordings, but it’s a cover. A cover by the original composer, but still a cover.
The definitive version is the crappy 1979 mono tracks recorded for the show.
You want to say you like your stuff better, go right ahead.
You may be right. From an audio specs alone, you’d be right.
But it’s not definitive.
Let me be clear, if it wasn’t what was actually heard on the show, or what was recorded specifically for the show, it’s not definitive.
I like the Lord of the Rings albums better than the Complete Recordings. But even though I think many of the tracks are superior, I would never, never, ever, called them the ‘definitive version.’
And for the record, no, I am not re-editing my front page.
Are you for real?
That’s what Tolkien left out — there’s no priesthood, there’s no temples; nobody is worshiping anything in LOTR. And
no one ever has sex in them.
Galactica was so much better. It had Mormon traditions, it had Gods, it had attractive heroines. If you compare LOTR
to Galactica, LOTR seems rather stupid to me. It’s just a waste of time.
Glenn Larson spoke a little bit before it ran. He said, "I don’t understand where people get all this Mormon stuff from…I’m Jewish."
That kinda ends that argument for me.
Tolkien has specifically said that Lord of the Rings is a Christian work, and a Catholic one after revisions.
That he avoids the hamfisted iconography that his frenemy C.S. Lewis indulged in does not mean it is not a religious work… It is about how one lives one’s life, not the specifics of ritual.
(And there is God, Eru Il???vatar, unlike the decidedly un-Christian polytheism of Galactica. Which the new one, by the way, rejects as false gods.)
Although your pairing of divinity with fuckability is hilariously bizarre.
But again, off topic. The statement is about the difference between an official album release and session recordings.
between Mormon and Jewish influences. Especially if you aren’t a member of both.
But you are wrong about Tolkien’s books. They aren’t Catholic at heart. Christianity isn’t about ethics only. It’s as much about ethics as it is about
mysteries and worshipping relics and deities. So, in my book, it ain’t epic. No kidding. There is no Lord in Lord of the Rings.
Galactica had Kobol. According to Colonial scriptures, humans lived on Kobol with their gods, the Lords of Kobol. Now, that’s epic.
And I’d take Jane Seymour over any Liv Tyler.
Bloody oath!

I’m only quoting how Tolkien himself has described his work. If you don’t think he succeeded, that’s your problem.
Still don’t get your obsession with sex and god.
Still off topic.
**swoops off to contact mods….
they can have even more sex after death. You see, I think sex and God are not as far apart from each other as you might think, JonC.
And that’s why I miss it in LOTR. Makes it a lesser experience.
But you’re right, we’re moving off topic.
Galactica (both series) are very different beasts, and the on-screen physical relationships are very relevant to the stories.

I’m liking you more showing this humorous side of yours than being a prick or a tad whiner. No offense there btw.

And the music yeah, I’d love a Barry White song in the BG while we slowly groove and shake, slowly and gently till we get down to you know…

I’m using Harry Potter theme, actually. In my book, it has to be bombastic to be good sex music.

Yackety Sax, any version, but the one used in The Benny Hill Show is what i used. Only thing is when i start moaning, the women usually tell me to shut up, smack me, and that they can’t hear the music, and hey, what are you doing back there?!! and "Long Live The King!!". But that was decades ago, i’m more refined now, i’ve moved on to Big Top Circus music now.

Yes, for us. But Gamefront has a tendency to be blocked in various countries
Unfortunately not only a tendency. It’s blocked. Period. So thanks a lot bishty ๐

That sucks!
Scott
I can help with that.
Gamefront is stable and the links stay alive for a (reasonably) long period? I just started using Mega, so i can’t speak for it quite yet when it comes to that. I can say it’s VERY easy to upload. Just drag and drop the file you want to upload… ๐
Amanda counters with more flawless logic…
Have I told you how awesome you are, lately?
*sigh*
And to the toothless Gorn with a comprehension problem (we’ll just call you Spike, shall we?), didn’t Captain Kirk mortally wound you, then kill you, a long time ago?
What are you doing here, re-animated and taking up precious band-width?
Just hurry up and die and go to Froggie Heaven (or wherever your type goes once they’ve been stomped by the Dominant Species)!
And somebody let Kermit know we found his long-lost cousin…

I dunno what this means?
It’s odd for Galactica 1980 they released so very little. There was probably enough between the original series and Galactica 1980 to release one more album. I still would love for them to release the entire Buck Rogers score.
Other than that it was 1980. Basically, if there’s one thing you’re going to not bother to release…
Would be great.
Thanks!
There were some interesting new parts to that score. The two TV movies had cues that were quite a bit different (and likeable).
Specifically this interesting piece….

I was looking for a theme that was used in the episode "Pegasus" (Moore’s BSG), since I couldn’t find it I decided to rip it from the DVD.
I managed to get rid of the voices but not the sound effects (I tried to reduce them a little bit but they’re still there).
Here’s the result: The Cylon Interrogator (https://mega.co.nz/#!Gc5V3QDL!1TIL9aDU3eGozmTj43ksnNJ8ma_0M56AsJgs8XG TSwQ) (with sfx – FLAC)
Thanks kindly.

I would also like them. Or Any of the Seasons or mini series. Thanks.
If any of you good folks have the Intrada BSG Vols I, II, III & IV in FLAC then myself and I’m guessing numerous others would be eternally grateful!
Thanks.

I liked the new recording of the score, but I have an issue with the performance of one cue, Red Nova. It had a slower tempo then the original soundtrack recording with the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra, for which I liked better.
So, just for fun, I used some digital technology to make a rip of the track of the RSNO performance and not only did I shorten the duration of the track (by 25 seconds), but I also kept the pitch the same. As a result, you’ll hear a version of this recording of Red Nova that has an increase in tempo where it matches the tempo in the original soundtrack, give or take some beats slower, and no change in pitch.
To identify the RSNO recording, there are no drums, as the original soundtrack recording had drums.
So, enjoy.
