You’re looking at the wrong album — The song you’re looking for is on the "An Cinniuint" album.
It has nothing to do with Xenosaga (I think), but it does involve the same composer.

Yeah, the track you are looking for is "Opening", from the An Cinni�int soundtrack, composed by Yasunori Mitsuda.
