In the below MEGA folder, you will notice or have already noticed an empty folder
called "yugioh cues rips". That will be used this coming May, when I will start
re-releasing the rips using the latest state-of-the-art method I developed. Stay tuned!
December 20 2015:
re-uploaded the decent/hq cues from the music composers on Mega:
click here to access folder (https://mega.co.nz/#F!AAhE2SaR!Ef8xLgPBN6I15TKZGkm0cA)
-added latest pack from John Angier (special thanks to Kierazer (http://forums.ffshrine.org/member.php?u=861263) for contacting John <3 ): "yugi pack ja 3" (247.1MB)
note: I also included a rip from the 3D movie from composer Gil Talmi, the version "mod" is just better volume/dynamic, while
the other is original quality. It sounds very good for a rip. Enjoy! ๐
-atenzor-
Anyway, August 14 is the next cues update! ๐
That is simply the toon world theme found in Season 1 folder called Y27 Toon or something. If not, I will check it out and rip it. and yes, Season 1 cues are not complete. Check the missing cues folder each Saturday for new rips.
You asked for episode 27 before and now the link you gave me is episode 26.
Anyway, if 27 where bickuribox attacks, the theme sounds something that you can find in Season 1 folder called "Yugioh7 JD battle (snippet 1)". As for episode 26 at 15.50 mins, I think it’s familiar, but I am not sure if I have it. If not, I will rip it soon and let you know. Thanks ๐
No problem, glad to help ๐
Next Saturday is next update! ๐
-Atenzor-
That is as close as you can get when you rip from an episode! It’s better than nothing. You at least hear the theme, so it’s not too bad. I always try new ways to bring better quality rips. ๐
Yes
-Atenzor-
And this is probably a stupid question, but can you rip other sounds such as monster sounds, aka, the sound they make when they’re put on the field? Like Kuriboh’s cry/sound and so on?
And this is probably a stupid question, but can you rip other sounds such as monster sounds, aka, the sound they make when they’re put on the field? Like Kuriboh’s cry/sound and so on?
Hmm, that is even harder and longer, but kinda possible. I am working on just the background music for now, but I will try that after maybe. Thanks.
New cues will be coming soon people.
Music Cues – 4KidsTV Yu-Gi-Oh! Music Cues Collection (http://yugiohmusic.webs.com/musiccues.htm)
enjoy! ๐
Thanks!

Hi, how long until you reupload the music? I’ve been looking all over the place to download it after my old computer crashed I lost everything ๐ & would really love to have the soundtracks again. If not do you know if Joel Douek’s FTP site is still up? Thanks in advance. ๐
Nevermind I found them myself on his site.
I also lost some cues, but don’t worry, more rips are coming soon,
for now, I think it’s more than enough haha:)
the update is in the front page: http://forums.ffshrine.org/f91/4kids-yu-gi-oh-duel-monsters-music-78133/#post1519431
enjoy!!! ๐
-atenzor-
Thank you much for your hard work.
as always, more will be added in the following days… ๐
atenzor
two ripped cues from the Yugioh Movie have been uploaded
in the "generic other rips" folder, they are from Joel Douek,
but from video, so that’s why I needed to rip them
(lower quality, but still good!)
enjoy! ๐
atenzor
Would you mind sending me the link to where they are on his site?
and other things right now, but don’t worry, it’s coming.
will post something soon, ๐
As you can see from the front page, two major updates:
1) 15 new cues from episode 4 are ripped and uploaded in the vanking2 folder,
check them out!
2) A new website Yugioh Music Cues Database (http://ymcdb.webs.com/) has been created just for this
project to get all the cues, so check it out, the updates are usually daily! Maybe it’s
not a bad idea to bookmark that website when this forum sometimes is down for
donations or maintenance!
Enjoy! ๐
atenzor
5 new cues from episode 5 were ripped and uploaded in the vanking2 folder,
check them out. episode 6 cues should be coming very soon…

2 new cues from episode 7 were ripped and uploaded in the vanking2 folder,

atenzor
in about two days, so be patient. we are currently working on new techniques for ripping
cues and trying to improve the overall quality, so we are doing some tests, so be patient. ๐
atenzor
very small, just two new cues from episode 8 and 10, episode 9 has some missing,
but will be ripped later (cause we need to find an episode with better quality). we
are testing of course our ripping methods and will upload some cues from episodes
11, 12 and 13 very soon… thanks!
atenzor
the yugioh music cues database (http://www.ymcdb.binhoster.com/) website has changed address, so make
sure you update your links! That will be perhaps the permanent home
for the music cues and rips. anyway, read front page (Thread 78133) and that website
to understand. thanks!
atenzor
But I was in contact over Facebook with music composer John Angier and
he told me that he will look into more cues. I also contacted Joel, Gil Talmi,
John petersen and elik alvarez, freddy sheinfeld, wayne sharpe, but nothing
new. I am trying to find contact info from John Siegler and Mike Brady, the
music producer, who should know more details, but i can’t find any contact
info… I guess me and my team will continue to rip these missing cues,
we are experimenting with new techniques and will bring better quality rips
for this, until some miracle appears! ๐
his way to send me or send joel some new cues from the movie and the TV episodes!!! ๐
I will update our cues database with those and the eventual upcoming ripped cues
from episodes 11, 12 and 13. ๐
atenzor
I can send the archive in one zip to you if you want. ๐
———- Post added at 06:31 PM ———- Previous post was at 05:46 PM ———-
John Angier cues update:
megaupload link for archive: link! (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=RVLR8IT9)
It contains only 7 new music cues and I uploaded them individually in our
database at: Yugioh Music Cues Database (http://www.ymcdb.binhoster.com/)
Here is the message John sent me:
"Here’s some cues from the first Yugioh Movie. They’re not final mixes because
I don’t have copies of those but they’re demos of the final cues. The other two
cues are just generic Yugioh TV cues I wrote and don’t know for what episode etc.
Anyway, I’ll try and locate some stuff from the TV series when I get a chance.
It’s all buried in the archives somewhere. Enjoy, John"
So there you go folks, it’s maybe not THAT much for now, but hey it’s better
than nothing and besides more cues will be coming from John in the future and
we will be releasing missing cues on Saturday from episodes 11, 12 and 13.
So stay tuned! ๐
atenzor
I have a question… do you think it would be possible for you or anybody else to contact Elik Alvarez, the composer of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s dub soundtrack?
There’s some really sweet music in this series. It would be great if he would be willing to share it with us.
Thanks, and sorry if you do not allow such questions in this thread.

Yea, 5D’s does have some nice music in the dub. I might do that maybe after
I am done with these series. But this thread is about the original 224 episodes,
not GX/5Ds/Zexal. So let’s try to keep those at a minimum.
I already contacted elik before for the yugioh cues, but never for the 5Ds cues,
I guess we can try maybe and I will let you know! ๐
atenzor
And…
If you could ask him about 5D’s, it would be really great.
Cheers.
He just sent me an email saying he will send me some 5Ds cues, but it will take some time,
but don’t worry, I will send you a PM when I get them! ๐
I will be waiting patiently. Be sure to thank mr. Alvarez for me. : D
Thanks to you too, of course.
Peace.
ok folks, like promised, new cues have been uploaded in our database,
slightly better cues in terms of ripping process, remember that we are
still trying better methods each time! ๐
anyway, next Saturday/Sunday will be probably episodes 14, 15 and 16…
atenzor
Me and my team will stop ripping cues sadly!
It’s taking too much of our time and we have other
things to do anyways, that take priority right now.
But don’t worry, I will always keep the database
opened for access to all the cues we have on our
hard drives, so you can continue maybe where we
left off and maybe one day complete the collection!
If you do take that task, then make sure you reply
here with the latest cues you have ripped or got
from any place you got them from!
Database on mediafire: click here (http://www.mediafire.com/?l4tuvcmztw983)!
N-joy!!!
-atenzor-
I posted on front page. I will let you know by reply when I get them! ๐
It’s a shame that Gil Talmi hasn’t responded because there’s one cue that he did that we don’t have in full and I am really disappointed that we don’t – it’s the first half of the Music to Duel By track "Millennium Battle".
are talking about?
YouTube – ‪Yu-Gi-Oh – Millenium Battle (Music)‬‏ (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m5-3MSmvKwA)
YouTube – ‪Yu-Gi-Oh – Millenium Battle (Music)‬‏ (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m5-3MSmvKwA)
yea, but what EXACTLY is missing? that’s what i don’t understand, what first half?
millennium battle comes from the original episode 7 full mix cue that is like
7 minutes long…
well ok, let me say a couple of things:
1) millennium battle, summon the dragon and i think that exodia theme
from the OST are actually just mixed versions of a bunch of cues, so
you are right there IS something missing…
2) since we talk about millennium battle, the first episode it appears
is episode 4, so what you want to do is check the vanking2 rips
package and go in the y4 folder and try to see if it’s there.
3) if not, well, i guess we have to wait for more cues or rips…
Thanks again for the upload.
all the cues related to series I think… so yea.
guy that decided to rip those missing ones, so yea, can’t wait for that! ๐
will upload to cues that john angier and other musicians?
Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks
well, as soon as I get them. John Angier already sent some cues
which are located here: YGO JA CUES.rar (http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?ydb35qnog2lney9)
So, I am waiting for more cues eventually… ๐
This here is a five-track promo for the new Yu-Gi-Oh! movie, which came out on DVD yesterday. What’s interesting is that it uses pretty much entirely score for the TV show and the previous movie and nothing original. The end credits contain all four Yu-Gi-Oh themes (In order, the Season 1 theme, Get Your Game On, whatever the 5Ds theme is called, and a variation of the Season 2 theme). This is those four themes, with one battle track that was used in the movie.
Don’t worry, this isn’t all I will be giving you. I plan on doing a full rip of the DVD in the coming week or so.

Don’t worry folks, the database is shutdown because I decided to re-upload
some better quality rips (or at least better than the old rips). So, each day,
I will upload a pack containing missing cues from one or more episodes. This
will take a while. The movie ost and other things will be re-uploaded as well.
update will be tomorrow. thank you ๐

Don’t worry my friend, the main idea here is that it gets released eventually,
when… who cares ๐
haha
P.S.: talking about releases, I know I promised an update for today, but I am just
testing a bit more and will release the better quality rips, yea let’s call them better
quality, tomorrow for sure. so hold on to your wigs and keys folks, it’s coming
tomorrow, but probably up to episode 3, then other episodes will be coming, etc.
i will update all that and more info as well. thanks
that theme is located in the Season 5 pack from the High Quality folder:

UPDATE:
Finally, episode 1 to episode 3 updated new cues, way better quality than those old rips:
New Rips – Aug 13 2011 (http://www.mediafire.com/?ua99vvko6c063)
You can download the old rips package as well from the front page and compare the
quality, you will see it’s way better. It is, of course, not the best thing ever, but the
best thing I think you can come up on the Internet, you won’t find better rips than those,
unless I find better ways to rip them, but for now, that’s how they will sound approx,
better quality than those old ones. So go ahead download. Tomorrow should be the
episode 4 and 5 missing cues pack, contains lot of cues, so it’s for tomorrow. thanks
Aug142011.rar (http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?015w0i6r758q5vy)
next update should cover episode 6 and 7 and maybe 8…
for tomorrow. thanks
Aug152011.rar (http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?j21w3kb31dyek6s)
next update should cover a couple of episodes.
lot of cues are still missing, but don’t worry, we are getting there.
thanks
It’s finally re-uploaded and re-organized: check first post (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f91/4kids-yu-gi-oh-duel-monsters-music-78133/#post1519431).
missing cues will be coming shortly, thanks

No worries man, we can wait ๐
thanks
we get 15 cues from John Angier, credits to him. The pack is also in the same HQ folder
as the other ones from the first post and the pack can be downloaded directly also here:

enjoy guys!
It was last month.
I’m still being patient, though I’m starting to lose hope. : <
Welp, not like he has an obligation to share it or anything.
Anyway, thans for sharing those cues Atenzor. I’m gonna have to add them onto my Portable Music Device… as in, my PSP. : P

Yes, Elik Alvarez also sent me an email about him sending some cues like a month ago also, weird…
never got them, let’s pray it happens… anyway, the missing cues will be coming shortly, I am waiting
for a person to rip them, cause I am busy with school these days. update is coming soon…
I will try to contact him soon yes, as he is probably the only one that
can give us all the music, but I don’t know, let me see and I will tell you soon.
Thanks!!

can anyone upload the files again since they were deleted by megaupload and mediafire. BTW, does anyone have tracks from the Yugioh 5Ds score?
Thanks!!
Im talking about the one in wich Yami Bakura is dueling Yugi (Mutou) after the later has found the name of the pharaoh (one of the final episodes)
Im not sure how to descripe it – it sounds as if he was (suprise) really insane, with the futs going into high tunes and so…
It can be heard many times during that duel – it have two flute sounds going high (that sounds wrong), one after another- mostly when Bakura is thinking about hes strategy and after he removes hes graveyard from play.
It can be heard (fragment) here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=endscreen&v=awv8pPgA7Qo&NR=1 at 0:35
"Guess that means I can’t participate. I feel so left out"
I just got this link in an e-mail from Elik Alvarez.
He, and his partner in music, Freddy Sheinfeld, have created the above playlist with music from yGO/GX/5D’s/Zexal dubs that they did for the shows.
Mr. Alvarez said in the e-mail, that you should leave comments and if you’re interested in some specific track, they could upload it in the future. That is, if it was done by one of them.
So yeah.
Altough I can’t stop you from somehow downloading these tracks, it would be great if nobody reuploaded them. Because that’s pretty much not what they want.
So, please refrain from reuploading the tracks or we might not get more music.
And yes, I saw the link as well by both composers, great stuff. Anyway, updates coming soon! ๐

Actually, you’d be surprised how much those two did for the movie. All the "Creepy" tracks that Joel Douek uploaded are attributed to them come from the movie, and one of them is listed as Labyrinths on that very SoundCloud page (I think it’s Creepy2).
Speaking of which, John Angier has two tracks from Bonds Beyond Time on his page. You’ll have to find "Paradox" manually though because his player expects to find "yugioh_paradox.ogg" and there is only an MP3 version of the file.
Been wanting Obelisk God Card music from the 1st time i heard it years ago

Can you tell me where can I found the Cues from Gil Talmi, and John Angier have composed for the great Yugioh ! serie (not GX, or 5D) ?
I’ve already look up at some ancient threads here but I found nothing and the links that they were proposed are all dead.
Thank you for you answers.

Those are old ripping techniques, kinda bad. I, along with some people, are working on new techniques for getting rid of vocals, will start uploading somewhere in May 2014. Thanks Kieran, talk to you on PM ๐

i want to say that this thread is awesome, i found much music i was searching for. its amazing that you can contact the composer of this epic soundtrack. So i have one important question: I???m searching for a long time for one track of yu-gi-oh season 5 (the egyptian season), can somebody help me please, maybe its already in your musiclibrary or you know where we ca get it. Only for this i uploaded a scene where you can hear this sound, it appears in many action scenes of season 5. Especially the melody on second 9 to 14 is epic. ๐ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C-4NzbkorkA (youtube . com / watch?watch?v=C-4NzbkorkA)
edit: nevermind, I found it!
Thanks for replying. I will try and contact the composer but i know it can take a long time, so i was wondering how i could somehow do it myself? I mean rip the music from an episode or something? Can anyone tell me how its done pls?
EDIT: How do i contact Elik? I sent him a message through his website, but i doubt he’ll see that. Anyone have an email address i could use?

I tried contacting him via twitter for some gx and 5ds music but no dice ๐ I guess our only hope is for someone to upload them
It’s the cue "Big5Lector_GT" from the "Season 3" folder in the MEGA collection and "Yugioh-BIG FIVE #5 Theme" from the same folder.
By the way, I am searching for two cues from season 4 in the classic Yugioh series which I didn’t found in any folder or somewhere in the Internet:
The first is at Episode 181 from 06:25 to 06:43, when Yugi plays his Trap.
And the second is also at Episode 181 from 13:29 to 13:53, when Shunoros attacks Critias.(I think both are also in the movie Pyramid of Light.)
It would be very cool, if someone could upload these tracks.

The first 1 is an unreleased track however the second one is a cue from John Angier. Look for YUGIOH Dragon Theme JA
The lector track is another unreleased version, its his battle theme. That one sounds similar, but they are very different.

I found the second cue sounds a little bit different from the "Dragon Theme" because some sequences are missing.
I also found another episode where the second is played:
Episode 189: 9:33 to 9:46, before Vivian summons Gyaku-Gire Panda
The first can also be heard in these episodes:
Episode 157: 4:00 to 4:15, when Yugi loses 300 Points and
Episode 188: 7:47 (or earlier) to 8:01, when the Ancient Gate is opened
Maybe John Angier or Atenzor can have the scores.

The ones you’re looking for are pyramid of light tracks, unfortunately we don’t have them :/
How pity. Maybe Joel Douek or some of the other movie composers has them and could upload them on his FTP page.

Yugioh episodes online have different edits, some with opening, some with "previously on yugioh", etc. With that being said, it is hard to guess which video source you have or used to note those times/cues in episode 181. The replies people gave you might be good, but they probably assumed one version over another. In my current version, I don’t see the things you described around the times you mentioned.
First cue:
Episode 157 Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters Episode 157 English Dubbed (http://dubbedanime.net/yu-gi-oh-episode-157-english-dubbed): 4:00 to 4:15, when Yugi loses 300 Points

Episode 188 Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters Episode 188 English Dubbed (http://dubbedanime.net/yu-gi-oh-episode-188-english-dubbed): 7:47 to 8:01, when the Ancient Gate is opened

Hmm, indeed we don’t have those cues. ๐
Hope is not lost, I will try to see what I can do and get those, but depends on couple of things. Anyway, will let you know soon.
By the way, Joel Douek has uploaded some "new" cues a month ago on his FTP page: Under his file "1A_ALL_YUGIOH_MUSIC_DOWNLOAD" there is a new zip-file called "NEW_Yugioh_Tracks" which contains many tracks from Season 1 and some tracks from Season 2.

Thanks for that info cheaterboy!
The only question is now if that is everything Joel can give now since those are his cues.
https://www.facebook.com/Yugioh this is a page that 4K Media are running on facebook the old 4Kids group they have started releasing the series onto DVD so it could be possible they may think about getting soundtracks done.

Did he? The old pass I have for the FTP no longer works.
It doesn’t work? Just to login in? Joel Douek | ONE TRACK MUSIC (http://www.joeldouek.com/otmny/clients/login)
But it works for me if I use these details: https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20110427143239AAnpHXy
Also take note that the Drama_Mild_Wanton_3M2_MB file is also another yugioh track.
edit: OK, added the latest August2014 pack by Joel with bonus track "yMov labyrinths" ๐
enjoy guys ๐
What Soundcloud album ?
I can’t find the words to thanks you
I wonder one thing about that giga Ygo Collection.
Will you a day "tag" them, I mean add the titles (invented or originals)
And it’s seems I have several titles who seem to be identical to others.
Is this rips are from you?
I’ve read that you stopped doing rips
Thanks you Atenzor

Hi, yes I might do tags and stuff, but not now.
This is actually a huge project since lot of cues are still missing.
These are not rips, what you have is cues directly from the composers, we just had
to contact them, sometimes kidnap their loved ones, to get them. ๐
But yea, rips are usually lower quality with missing instruments maybe, depends on track
and ripping technique used and has traces of sfx, but still can be good, depends how one
approaches the problem and not all tracks are tackled the same way, some require additional
methods to be used and some are impossible maybe, depends.
I didn’t stop, have school so kinda busy, but working with a friend on this, doing more
research and testing some techniques. So overall, there is no date for when is this or
that going to be done, but we are working on it. ๐
Thanks!
Sorry for my bad english.
Nope sorry, Atenzor is only focused on the main YGO serie soundtrack. Some tracks can be found anywhere but not the full OST (for GX I mean)
https://soundcloud.com/yugioh-by-eafs/sets/yugioh-by-eafs
That’s all I can do
Loveendofthedragon
I don’t know when I will take a look at more cues for this, you guys have most cues, the main ones. I will try to see if I can get some more.
Thanks
-bad news first:
according to kierazer, Joel doesn’t have more cues in high quality for us ๐
but you never know, something might appear…
-good news:
new pack (yugmovie) with 33 cues from the movie has been uploaded in the main folder,
go check it out! special thanks to kierazer for additional help ๐
something to note for the cues:
some cues are still missing from the movie, but either they have some heavy vocal reverb problem
or some other reason that I decided to left them out of the pack, however, the majority of cues
are there now. I didn’t want to alter the volume of the tracks, so if you want to increase volume
during some cue segments, you have to use an amplitude plugin or limiter. finally, I didn’t tag them,
you guys are free to do so, but my folder pack will remain like that for now…
edit: also, the method used was simple vocal channel removal from 5.1 surround file, the main vocal
channel was on one channel and so the rest is background music/effects, and so, it is VERY good
quality rip.
As far as the series music goes, we are both still working very hard finding other sources in our spare time for each of the individual tracks.
Like always we will keep you guys posted in the future for any new updates.

I didn’t get this track. But I was asked for it on YouTube, too. That was you, right? ๐
Probably not going to happen.
So has there been any update whatsoever on whether we will get more unreleased material?
check first post for update on 3D movie cue rip along with more HQ cues from John Angier! Enjoy guys! ๐

cues/tracks from the series/movies. Keep in mind I am not doing anything GX, etc related.
Getting new packs is not easy because when we contact the composers, they literally have
to search for them on their computers, etc, so either they find something or not.
New packs will be kinda hard to get again these days.
I heard there is a new Yu-Gi-Oh! 2016 movie and if they release a dub version
(and since it seems to be based on the series that these cues are from 224 episodes),
then there might be a chance they will re-use some of the series cues that we don’t have
and I might do the same method to rip those as I did for the 3D movie and the 2004 movie.
And aside all that, I am still working on refining new techniques to rip from TV episodes,
requires new tools/software, time, thinking and how to approach the problem.
To make a summary, it’s going to take a while before something new and good is released here,
unless someone else helps out and does something. Thanks for reading! :3

Thank you, I appreciate your hard work!
you mean this? http://www.giltalmi.com/#!contact/c1et
Gil uses agent stuff, so you have to talk through them I guess… and good luck, cause I tried contacting Gil before and it’s hard to reach him.
I even offered money in return for the missing cues and still no response… the bait failed :3
I’ve going through all the cues so far, and have been renaming and re-ordering them into chronological order. I calculate we have around 74 songs from season 1, however, a few still elude me. One of the cues I was looking for was from Ep 3, a synth piece when Yugi receives the Duelist Kingdom invite, and Ep 9, when Kaiba enters the computer room (Not the hacking theme).
I know you’ve tried to contact some of the remaining composers to get further cues without much luck, so if it can’t be done, then so be it.
I wish you all the best of luck, and hopefully you’ll be able to add more songs to the ever growing collection.
Thanks Again! ๐
Do you think when the new Yu-Gi-Oh! movie comes up, that they will release a CD with many new and old soundtracks, too?
Playlist? I am pretty sure that those cues are somewhere in my mega folder. Unless you mean for GX/5Ds, in which case this is not the place for those. But I am pretty sure that everything that was for Duel Monsters is in my mega folder.
I did not want to make a new thread simply asking for this, but eh.
I did not want to make a new thread simply asking for this, but eh.
Ye no problem man. I am not a huge fan of GX cues, some nice cues in 5D’s, and nothing really after that. So can’t help you with that playlist I guess. ๐
Well anyway, good luck! ๐
If there is something new, I will update my 1st post with the update date. Nothing right now. Sorry ๐
Interesting. That is indeed from the DVD, but the DVD sources I have are just DVDrips, so just the episode. Maybe some internet digging will reveal if someone released the full DVD, containing these tracks, but ye, will have to check. That specific track is by Gil Talmi. I mean, my DVDrips sources date from like maybe… idk.. 2014? or something… so in the meantime… probably someone out there has better (or full) DVD sources somewhere, but again, would require some internet digging. And yes, if that is available, then we can easily rip them out and basically get the better quality, compared to with sound effects and voice artifacts. This is very interesting for me, I might start digging for this myself now, thanks a lot for bringing this up man, never knew the DVDs had menu music, haha ๐
Thanks again and will update if anything comes up!

No problem, I shall keep my eyes and ears open for any other alternate sources of unreleased Yu-Gi-Oh! Music.
In the meantime, I have downloaded all of the Yu-Gi-Oh! music files you have and re-arranged and re-named them so that they appear in (near) chronological order and represent something akin to a soundtrack, with all the duplicates and slightly different iterations removed and cue titles updated (plus some other pieces you may not have had). Would this be something you would be interested in having, at least to serve as a guide, so we can see what tracks we are still missing? (At present, the soundtrack stands at 136 tracks). Feel free to upload it onto your ‘site’ too, if you wish.

You beat me to the punch lol, I would definitely be interested in listening to what you have compiled, I could provide cover artwork if you needed to make it like an almost official soundtrack, maybe you could include the alternate tracks as alternates in separate discs if that makes sense, making it like a 4 disc set where the first 2 discs are everything in chronological order and the last 2 are alternated and unreleased edits, It could be combined with artwork to make a much more presentable series album. ๐ Let me know if you’re willing to share what you’ve compiled and I can make album art if anyone would like it. I’m particularly curious to the other cues you mention that may not have been posted on here. keep me posted

oh I am happy with ANYTHING related to this project, haha, so go ahead if you want ๐
edit: also, just to add something interesting. If you closely listen to like the first 13 episodes of season 1, basically… that’s where the main cues are…. everything after is either some variation or perhaps SOME new cues are introduced. but I mean, the main core cues are within the first 12-13 eps. also, most cues within those 12-13 eps are presented as the FULL cue, meaning it’s kinda hard to find that same FULL cue later in the series, what they did basically is just cut and paste and remix some parts, etc. just a little something i noticed ๐
What would be the best way to send it over to you?
What would be the best way to send it over to you?
Would you be willing to share it here on the shrine, via a mega upload link? I think it would be easier that way or ping him a link individually, just a suggestion, let me know if you would like custom cover art.
What would be the best way to send it over to you?
If you can share whatever you have, and those extras, as a mega folder, like I did, that would be awesome man! ๐
Thanks!

The soundtrack itself is split into 4 ‘discs’: Season 1, Season 2 & 3, Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie and Season 4 & 5.
There is also a folder for ‘Other Music’. These are cues I have been unable to place in the soundtrack. This is usually because I can’t figure out when they occurred in the show, most probably because they were cut because another composer’s work was used in its place. If however, you think you know where one occurred in the show, please let me know, so I can integrate it into the soundtrack.
The last folder is for Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds. Joel Douek uploaded some of his cues for the 5Ds series onto his website (when we still had them on there), so I have gone to the liberty of arranging those as well.
I have also included a list of where each of the cues occur in the show, and another showing all the cues that we already have and all the ones we are still missing in each episode. The names of these cues are entirely fictitious, they merely represent where they occur in the show, but it should at least give you an idea of what cues we are still missing. At present this list only goes as far as Episode 7, but I hope to try and add more episodes to it in the future.
I hope you all enjoy it, and if you are having any technical difficulties with this, please let me know.
Happy Listening!

Hey, this is very nice from you, I can see you took a lot of time to actually do all of this, I am very impressed man! Awesome work!
Man, it’s just sad Western companies don’t really release BGM discs, anyway, I am sure one day we will get all the music from this show! ๐
Nothing GX specific in my collection, sorry.
The only track I know that has ever been released for the GX series, is called YugiohGX The Shadow Duelist
Elik and Freddy never released any others.
This thread is solely for the purpose of music from the original series.
At this point I think it’s clear we’ve gotten all we’re going to get.
sigh…. I swear….
But hey, I am happy with whatever they give us…
I don’t know what 4K Media will decide with the new movie soundtrack. If they release anything, it will probably look like the previous soundtrack with vocal songs and some instrumentals, so we have to wait and see. I will rip the background music when the Blu-Ray of the dub version releases later this year.
As for the Yu-Gi-Oh! seasons 1-5, what you have to understand is that the dub never got any official tv soundtracks to begin with. The music that is being shared here only comes from the personal music collection of the original composers hard drives and I don’t think they have FLAC. Long story short, there is no FLAC for the older music sadly.
Thanks for understanding.

Yeah I hope we get something official soon. I am talking about the old Duel Sounds soundtrack CDs and the part 1&2 of Duel Monsters Soundtracks released in japan on CD. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Yu-Gi-Oh!_Duel_Monsters:_Original_Soundtrack_Duel_I Thats the part one of season one there are two parts, and then there are Duels Sounds 1-4. Also Music to Duel By was released on CD. Is there a FLAC version of any of these around?
I enjoy the Japanese soundtrack for this show, but just personally enjoy the dub version more.
Maybe FLAC of those exists somewhere, but again, I don’t know where. Good luck in your quest finding them ๐

Hopefully one day, a real complete soundtrack will be released…
Anyway, when it comes to a real complete soundtrack one day… well.. maybe…. but I don’t know. 4K Media owns the thing with the dub now, and they did release the DVD set in like 2014 if I remember of the season 1 to 5 of classic Yugioh. So, for them to release that means they have access to the raw material, but what about the music cues? So yea I don’t know, I would love it if they do release something eventually, but a part of me thinks it won’t happen. I mean if they didn’t by now, why later? then again, better late than never right? :3
sigh….
So in the above interview, Elik Alvarez and Freddy Sheinfeld shared some full cues from DSOD.
Here they are:
https://mega.nz/#!b4xxySBS!5o87__tQ8AoK9XgPt6IDa8xRXV4YdlgHldJPUfV8viM
The downside? The whole podcast interview is mono and so are the cues. Still, a cool thing.
I am sad the new movie didn’t use more older cues, especially battle ones, but anyway, I will wait for the blu-ray version.
Thanks!
That being said… since this movie was around the "classical" Yu-Gi-Oh, so no GX, 5D’s, etc, I was kinda thinking they would use more older cues. But hey, you can’t always use old cues right? You have to give composers a job for once ;3
It also depends on 4K media’s budget which was obviously quite low, considering how many cues got reused from the first movie. At this point I wouldn’t hold your breath on composers releasing anymore, it will be on 4K Media’s hands now sadly.
How about sharing that technique, hmmm?
Hey brother thanks for the info, I look forward to it, we all have our secrets so I can understand why you’ll not want to share the method but hey maybe once youre done with yugioh and need some cash, I can commission you via PayPal to rip series like banshee, daredevil and sherlock. But We will wait and see. may isn’t too far away almost 3 months. I look forward to hearing what you do my friend.
The other attempt of course would be to isolate the tracks one wants, identify the audio suite the composer in question uses and then recompose / or get someone to recompose the tracks via that software (which would ideally include all the instruments.)
Needless to say, if there is *any* merit to the claim of such "algorythm", go ahead, start a pledge or whatever, there are enough people desperatly waiting to use such tool on dozens of soundtracks, it should be rather profitable..

easy to separate…. I will show you my algorithm’s magic using the most complex scenarios, so you will see ๐ stay tuned

Awesome brother I’m excited, Don’t let others discourage you as it may not be their intention. But I look forward to hearing what you’ve done. 3 cues in particular that im dying to add to my collection.
the cue at the beginning of mako’s duel with yugi
the cue when Tristan, baker, and tea meet to discuss kaiba’s loss to pegasus, and the theme playing when kaiba hacks pegasus castle (it plays right after the cue when tea Tristan and baker are looking at the duel arena for cameras in the same episode)
Obviously the unreleased battle themes with the guitar riffs as well.
No rush of course I’m eager and excited to hear what you produce. ๐
Let’s hope he at least he keeps to his word… whatever it is he has to show.
The benefit of doubt. He shall have it.
Sidenote:
Aside from the dreaded "center channel extraction method" that seems to be most used (and the one I described above that requires multiple samples), there are multiple approches people have taken.
So if you have time, why not give it a read?:

https://phonicmind.com/remove-vocals-from-movie/
Judging by how well their vocal remover for songs works, I am hopeful.
I am giving little faith however to a mysterious algorithm which he spoke of with such "roundabout" amount of details. It just leads me to believe he might as well be using something that already exists like the couple of python/matlab scripts or even free ISSE program.
Or whatever.
Then again, you have to have enough knowledge about classical methods to understand how to come up with your own algorithm, like I am doing for singing voice and speech. I find it way better than most software.
You mentioned ISSE? lol, that is based on PLCA, that is not gonna help you with speech/music, or at least not at a very automatic way, you might make it, but takes so much time with that. My methods are automatic, no need to even adjust parameters or refine anything. ISSE is mainly good if you have repetition, but even then, the results are not that great to be honest.
I don’t even think I counted the amount of algorithms I have gathered throughout the net. And I even implemented codes from research papers without code. I probably own one of the best collections of state-of-the-art algorithms out there. Came up with even my own methods.
Anyway, the reason I am a bit slow to show the demo is that I don’t want to show something that is not effective at demonstrating what I have. I want to show something that is really good, this requires additional tweaks on my end. Like I said, I am using tons and tons of algorithms actually and combining them in the best way possible to come up with high quality results.
I am actually sad most research scientists these days call their research papers state-of-the-art when the tests they did were either on low sampling frequency like 16kHz or 8kHz OR/AND they are always using the most basic test samples ever… samples where it’s actually not hard to isolate a component…
Anyway, I will keep my promise to you guys, I will show you a demo, should be very soon actually. Stay tuned! ๐
I’m just a sour puss because after looking through shitload of python and matlab "algorithms" I’ve never found anything that actually delivers. They all promised more or less same things as you did, but it either ends up being a waste of my time (you have a long file? you want a lot of iterations? OH WELL SEE YA IN THE NEXT CENTURY) or just plainly overhyped bullshit. But that led me to understand certain things, and when I mentioned that your alogrithm must be slow as fuck, it’s simply based on my previously mentioned experience.
At current time, it’s either:
Do it manually and if you do it right you get a good result/If not, try again. Either way, takes a lot of time.
or
Do it automatically and if you’re lucky you won’t end up with trash./Trash? Uh… sorry buddy. Takes a lot of time and processing power.
Anyhoo, gonna wait for a VIDEO proof of your algorithm in work. Anything less and you’re out. Audio alone will not suffice.
Also, deep neural networks are as good as the training material they are used on. So they don’t adapt easy, unless you want to somehow find one that matches what you need, but I challenge you to find one that works on multichannel data and also high sampling frequency. And even if you do, you still have to adapt the hyper parameters, which even to this day, in the scientific community, is unclear as to how those parameters change the output exactly.
ISSE, SpectraLayers and all those graphic tools, take time and I personally don’t feel like sitting on my chair and working on that…. I wish I had that patience, but I don’t. Also, most of those software assume a lot of things to begin with. For example, SpectraLayers says it can unmix music? Well… what music? Seems to me it only works IF you have harmonic content. What if you want to isolate a drum that is mixed in with other noise, and no harmonics whatsoever. You won’t be able to do that with that software AT ALL, and yet they claim it can unmix… sure….
I am happy with video, if that helps you guys see in action. I will work on that then also.
Keep in mind, at the end of the day, there will never be a perfect algorithm for source separation, simply because there is no real way to estimate the actual volume energy distributed among the components. If we can’t judge even by our ears, then how will a program do it? Anyway, we can only come up with VERY good, ear pleasing, results.
Well, I’m gonna wait for the time when you’ll show off your beauty with the power of the beast. I also apologize for sounding so harsh. I’m just as I said, a sour puss.
Don’t worry about being harsh, I respect harsh, because it’s thanks to harsh feedback that I improved. ๐
Kharaxel sent me two samples. I will actually use them as my demo instead of what I had in mind, considering one of the samples contains a challenging task
that I am still working on anyways. I am busy with some IRL things these days, but I will try to get a demo by the end of April and then start the cue rips somewhere in May.
-Ep1 – When Kaiba leaves the game shop
-Ep3 – When Yugi receives the invitation, when Yugi and Joey discuss their friendship on the roof, and the fanfare as the boat departs
-Ep4 – When Yugi and Weevil begin their duel (its squeezed between the Millennium Duel cue)
-Ep8 – When Yugi duels Mokuba
-Ep9 – When Kaiba first enters the computer room
-Ep10 – When Yugi duels the now revealed ‘ghost’ Kaiba (Sounds similar to the first part of that rip from the BBT Movie)
-Ep11 – When Joey duels Rex (Sounds similar to the second part of that rip from the BBT Movie)
-Ep21 – When the Paradox Brothers play Riyoku (Its a remix of when Rex and Weevil duel in Ep2)
This will be very interesting for me to learn and also for you guys to work on your audio files. ๐
I started already and have a good idea how to do it. I will update you guys at the end of May with what I have,
and if it works nicely, I can then develop tons of algorithms so you guys can enjoy what I have and always
have the latest state-of-the-art tools at your disposal ๐
Let me know if this is something that is interesting to you guys. Thank you! ๐
but the speech extracted. It is 1 minute long cue and processed in 3-4 seconds.
Look at that isolation quality magic : isolated speech sample (http://www.mediafire.com/file/h6j1wdzz813y4cc/magic1.wav)
More demos before release soon! ๐

Nice extraction im looking for the exact score in that exact clip you just posted. Great speech extraction I have high hopes with your extractions brother keep up the good work and I look forward to hearing some actual scores especially the one from this clip you shared. ๐
Hey, thank you for feedback. There is always room for improvement and actually Kharaxel sent me some challenging ones that I still need to tackle, so I will try to do that before releasing the application.
no problem only nitpick id have in relation to the voice extractions is the abrupt end of some dialogue. It is complete but ends abruptly almost unnaturally. I don’t think theres a way to fix that unless you fade out the end of the voice but even that I don’t think will achieve the natural flow of speech. besides that its all good. I doubt the isolated score will have such abrupt endings as it messes with listening experience.
Awesome I look forward to it, applications aside though hopefully you’ll be releasing some of your edited unreleased cues swell. ๐ I have a Mac and wonder how said application would even work without additional software?
and as for the cues, ye, as soon as I am happy with the app, I will start doing the cues ๐
Namely, I have managed to acquire the 4Kids Music To Duel By album in lossless FLAC format, plus the japanese Dark Side of Dimensions OST (in regular mp3 format though).
The OP can contact me whenever possible, to add them to the first post’s MEGA folder, if he so wishes.

Sure, just send me a PM, however this is for dub, I am not interested in the Japanese OST for the movie tho, but send anyway ๐
Hey. I’m afraid I’m not allowed to send PMs (I think my acc is too new) so I guess I can drop the MEGA link here.
<3
also: I have good and bad news.
Bad news, will release my app late June, still testing and trying new methods and tricks.
Good news is I am working on some new method that improves certain aspects of the separation,
especially on the music side. Will show some demos soon! stay tuned guys ๐
Haha, I know.
I remind myself of those game developers when they announce a game way ahead of development and then people have to wait forever for the game to come out, cause it was announced too early. I mean, I guess I was just excited that I didn’t judge well when to release this in a time frame. I am literally everyday spending a lot of time with the cues you sent me and some others while at the same time trying all sorts of things. btw fantastic Megaman music on some of those, it’s a shame there is no OST for them ๐
I am very confident that I will release the first version of the app by this next weekend (somewhere around July 8).
I am still trying to figure out some stuff regarding reverberation effects and sound effects, two of the biggest problems here.
I can deal with background music, but what’s left is usually either the reverb or/and some sound effect or/and some small trace
of background music still not suppressed. Separating speech from complex background is one of the hardest challenges, but I am
very happy with the progress I made.
I remember the old days when I used software to do voice isolation, even stuff like Audacity…
my god…. those were the bad days…. that bad quality isolation… but hey, everything can improve, I feel like I have a PhD compared
to those days in terms of audio source separation knowledge that I gathered from doing this kind of hobby.
It’s really fun for me, but again, it’s a hobby, it’s not like anyone is willing to pay me for this to keep me motivated or even for this to
become a professional business. But then again, who knows, I am still young, I might end up working somewhere or making my own
company that deals with these audio separation problems.
Sorry for long text ๐
Aside from this hobby, I am busy with other things and real work, so I need time for this.
Don’t worry, it will be released soon in some form, and then the app will improve from there.
Thank you for understanding!
Greatness is almost here!
Greatness is almost here!
Hopefully with the release of the app (for PC users at least) I’m really hoping we get some new cues or cues which show the apps true nature in isolation., One can hope. ๐
v1.0 of my speech/music separation app is finally released! More apps coming
soon and I will improve current apps also! Check it out here:
https://danielkorg.github.io/ ๐
This app is a fucking beauty and I love it to bits! Once I have some money (currently kinda tight this month) I’ll gladly donate some to you! I will let you know when I can so you can send me your paypal or whatever.
For anyone wondering, this actually works as it should. Though please bear in mind the quality of the source you want to separate also matters!
Yes, the higher quality source you have, the better results.
Awesome brother, I can’t wait to use it and hear the magic. So If ripping from a blu ray I assume 2 channel to 5 channels are the best ways to go? Im positive its not good to use web rips of streamed shows for sources correct?
If you have access to a multichannel such as 5.1 or higher, I am pretty sure you don’t need my algorithm, since most likely you can easily isolate the speech in Audacity or something by looking at each channel and remove the Center one. But if not, you would have to downmix to a stereo (2-channel). My algorithm doesn’t work for 1 channel (mono) or higher than 2 (stereo). However, I could make this possible in the future if it’s something useful for people, will see.
Oh that absolutely makes sense when it comes to the yugioh episodes I own its weird because the audio is in stereo with 2 channels but when you try to remove the audio it doesn’t work so im hoping to use the algorithm for that but also a 2 channel blu ray rip of season 4 for abc sherlock series.
Hey, I finally released the Mac and Linux versions on my site, go grab it!

Awesome brother, I’ll follow your instructions and hopefully I’m not too dumb to not figure it out hahahaha. Hopefully it supports Mp4, mkv, files
Input for now is ONLY wav files. Nothing else. I actually am not sure if I could make it work directly with a video file.
You would have to demultiplex the video into video and audio, process the audio and then remux back everything together, assuming this
is what you want. Only thing I could do in future versions for sure, is allow other audio formats, like mp3, flac, etc.
Idk, will see and investigate this..

No need if it isn’t necessary brother. Also any plans on updating that yugioh cues folder? Its empty hahahaha I hope others share their algorithms for some yugioh cues. Keep up the great work man its epic.
I am so busy with developing apps now, and improving this one! And of course, busy with other things…
Maybe when I finish and am personally happy with some algorithm, I will then start doing rips again.
It will happen for sure, just not sure when ๐

No problem brother its understandable and makes sense. I can’t wait, hopefully though im not holding my breath we might get some more cues from the composers who knows, But I look forward to awesome shares from those who manage to rip cues from the series. ๐
You said it… That was why I sent them to you. Pretty much my holy grail of "lost ost’s".
I shall check out your proggy. (Crazy how matlab requires so much space… welp, time to lay that internet connection to waste xD)
Note: I didn’t realize there existed such online services aswell: https://phonicmind.com heh. odd.
Its a shame being a Mac OS user I cannot even experience or use this app
Can’t you use Bootcamp in conjunciton with a Windows x64 installation ?
Well in terms of the right person to contact, you can try contacting 4K Media, or check the credits from here https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0249327/fullcredits/?ref_=tt_ov_st_sm
under the music/sound department at the bottom, and try to find those people (facebook/twitter/etc). But it’s not like we didn’t already try all that. Either they don’t reply back or when they do, it’s very minimal info or nothing at all really. We were lucky in the earlier days when some of the composers shared some of the cues, but it most probably won’t happen again.
In the meantime, you will have to wait for high quality rips.

Hi Atenzor. When are you going to be releasing V2.0 of your Deep Vocal Attractor program? I noticed you have removed v1 from your website because of problems such as bugs and the like. I would like to know if/when you playing on releasing the next version as I would love to test it out. Do it seperate sound effects as well from a audio track? Thanks.
Yes, I plan on releasing v2 very soon, just so busy these days. Hopefully somewhere next month.
It has many improvements over the first, to tackle different scenarios, but of course, some mixtures
really are complicated to separate. Lucky for us, there are 224 episodes right? So, if one mixture seems
too hard to extract the music, I am pretty sure one can find another episode with the same music,
but with less complexity.
More info/updates soon!
