Kojuro Katakura’s SB3 theme

I cannot, for the love of cheese, seem to find this amazing theme anywhere. In the game it’s titled "Will Of The Right Eye" but it doesn’t seem to be in any of the OST’s I’ve downloaded. Can someone help me find it?
