For those who are fans of everything about ALIEN, here you can hear 4 tracks of the soon to be released score for the game

Not a big fan of the game (too easy and AI is ludicrous), but the music is very good.

In the first track you will hear a mix of aliens + alien resurrection + goldsmith theme

The score will likely NOT get released, actually.

Yeah the game is getting hit hard by bad press (although it’s actually not all bad), like 80% of people who bought it have traded it or stopped playing it, and Gearbox have to both fix the game and deliver a season pass of DLC over the next 6 months. I doubt they’ll waste time or money releasing the game ost.
The music is good though. I’m certainly interested.

Well…….how can you expect a warm welcome from the players, when in a game called "Aliens Colonial Marines", you spend more time shooting a droid army and in which your team basically does nothing other than stand in front of you, or run against walls, and the aliens jump always in front of you, or instead of attacking your team when its at range, the alien stares at them and then instead of killing them they run against you (you who are like 20mts away).

Seriously, the game had like 5 or more years of developments, and they couldn’t spend a cent improving the AI of both enemies and friends. That’s what makes the game boring and dull……you basically just have to press the fire button till you get cramps, cos you don’t even have to aim, the creatures always jump in front of you.

The only dangerous enemies are the androids, because they have guns……but if you want to fight humanoids, you have Call of Duty, which makes this game look like a Coleco video game.

Well, the same link to Kevin’s website has this to say: Official soundtrack release coming soon. This is a recent addition to his portfolio. so I think this info is legit. Looking forward to it 🙂

This could be another case of a game or movie being ‘meh’ at best, yet blessed with good music. Will be keeping an eye out for this.
