[PC-GAME ] TROPICO & TROPICO PARADISE ISLAND in LOSSLESS

Hi guys, i’m searching for Game’s score of this old pc game in lossless format (FLAC – AIFF -WAV – APE – ALAC).
I’m also searching a Music extractor utility that allows me to extract music/sound tracks directly from the files of old pc game.
Can anybody help me, please?
