I need the voices from the King of Fighters games!

I tried to rip, but nothin’, and I don’t know, where can I download/get/the character’s voices from KoF games. 🙁
I need specially Angel’s voices (2002/NW edition), but I wonder where can I get the voice audios (the Official Soundtrack’s collection not count)..

Also, I tried to rip sounds from my NeoGeo rom with theese programs, but nothing:
– NeoJukeBox
– Nebula Jukebox
– VX2WAV
…so if anyone can send me a link/else, pls. help me!
