It’s definitely from one of the doujin-made soundtracks, but if someone can lead me on the artist or remix title would be enough. 🙂

Found the details of the track. The name of the album is 東方不可拘束～the maximum moving about!～ It was featured during Comiket 72, and more info can be found here:

The full track I was looking for is available for download as a sample from their album, which is nice if you only want the single.
