You have two options.
A GSF rip, directly from the ROM.
A high quality rip, using the instrument samples from the game, in a soundfont, played on MIDI files extracted from the game’s audio sequences
The difference is the GSF rip is more or less as it sounds on the Game Boy Advance. The other option… the same…. but minus the bad compression and white noise. In short, it’s good enough to have been GameCube quality… in my opinion.
