Atma Weapon

:confused: How the hell do you kill atma weapon I’ve started agian to try and get better levels, what level do you suggest I should be at and who should I use… :alien:

Ah…. This is where I come in and save the day. 😀

There are a few ways of doing this, since Atma Weapon is made of pure energy.

1. Use either Rasp or Osmose to deplete Atma Weapon’s MP. When Atma Weapon’s MP reaches 0, he goes bai bai. But this way takes a while.

2. Use your strongest attacks and spells on him…

Don’t for get to heal in both of these ways to defeat him…

OR

You can just go with #3 and use the Vanish/Doom trick..

If you aren’t sure about your levels, then go raise them a few before going to tackle this beast again.

Make sure you got alot of MP and tinctures/ethers for cure 2..that works wonders after his Evil Star attack (I think thats what its called).

I never really had a problem with the game since I’m one of those guys that likes to explore every last place in the game and gets alot of levels in the process.

I always thought this battle was pretty easy. The only preperation I ever took was to cast float on my party, that way when he uses quake, it hits him and not me…..Muahahahaha

I expected the battle should have been amazingly hard and such, but really it wasn’t. All I did was runic every now and then, blitz with Sabin and 1 character keeping on healing everyone when they take damage and such.

i use a kind of different way.
i dont heal and then i let everyone use bolt2 until he�s finished.
terra uses morph and then bolt2

Well, I usually have my party AROUND level 40 or so… and using Sabin Cyan and Edgar, with most there magic learned (that can be at that time) and Shadow at about lvl 35… hes pretty easy, basically I use Air Blade, Quadra Slash (The Number 7 one…) and Chain Saw… but if im in a magic mood, Ill drag Terra along instead and just nuke with Fire 3. Reflect helps a bit, as does float… I dunno, I didnt have to much a problem, just basically had a healer most the battle…

I would reccomend getting all party members to at LEAST lvl 30 before you go beat the floating continent (EVERYONE..) it really helps later on in the 2nd world

He want that hard cuz I think the first time I played I got through that part of the game at lvl 25 or 26.

The games really challenging then.

By now im usually about level 30 with all my chars for vs atma weapon not ATMA and so its like really easy I just attack without curing well maybe once cause this guy is very easy to kill but then thers Atma in kefkas tower now hes not hard either cause i have about 2 lvl 60 guys a lvl 45 mog and Gogo cant remember his lvl and I just make mog do his summer dance thing cause he occasionally cures and I have shadow throw my older weapons and edgar use the pearl spear to attack occasionally using pearl:D and gogo copys shadow and throws items or i could take my lvl 97 terra in and kill him so quick with 9999 damage and the offering to attack 4 times (i lvled at the dinosaurs by myself with exp egg) but thats a bit easy so I just kill him with those weaklings.
