Its a cheap way i know but hey… its fast… who said you need to be tough… if you arent strong you should be smart.
i mean i am definate
You get it at the Arena. First earn the Omnislash and the W-Summon materia. Use the Omnislash on Cloud and then you’ll be ask to participate in the Advanced Battle. Win it (Defeat 8 tough enemies) and you’ll get the Final Attack materia.

Leave us STRONG people to beat him upfront. Its a good move and an easy way to win but wheres the fun of getting your ass handed to you a load of times before you beat him!?!Id rather a challenge.
To get strong you must invest lots of time in training. Time i would rather invest in the real world. You guys are probably hardcore or something. You see i try to maximise the fun without wasting too much time.
Although the chances of getting Game Over are pretty tough.
Bascially, cast reflect on party against Ruby, as well as wall. Then just summon KOTR and mime as mentioned. You do need good stats and 6000+ HP for this though.
Incidently, I used the weapons as a chance to level up my materia, since I was going for three sets of master materia.
Similar techniqe for Ruby, but I found Ruby to be extremly difficult. I found it is best to of taken the Emerald Weapon out first so you have all the Master Materia. Have 2 characters dead, equip you main character with the Ribbon as it makes you immune to all status effects. Equip you character with this Materia Combo, Quadra Magic-Master Summon, W-Summon-Mime, HP Absorb-Bahamut ZERO, Final Attack – Life, then Master Magic by itself.
Final Attack and Life MUST be mastered, even with you HP quite high you still stand the chance of being killed by Ruby. Use Haste, at the start of the battle to speed yourself up.
Please note, Physical Attacks do little to no damage to Ruby’s torso and it is truly advised that you do not use Knights Of The Round as Ruby will counter with Ultima.
I’ve not tried ALL LUCKY SEVENSing him, does that do enough damage to kill him?

Hades parylyzes him so he cant counter with ultima.

i wouldnt risk trying it as lucky sevens is quite difficult to do, and i wouldnt of thought it would work has he has an extremly high defense to physical
Unless the enemy is totally immune to physical attacks, it *WILL* do 7777 damage regardless.
I did try it with Emerald WEAPON, but the effects didn’t last long enough to kill him. I felt swindled.
Proud Clod is tricky 120,000 depends on what kinda slots you pull, he could be hard.
if you read my tactics on killing the weapons, you have a summon materia linked with HP Absorb, with this combo you dont have to waste a single turn on healing yourself
it has limited useage if you are going into your Summon menu on your characters attack menu. If you W-Summon with enough MP, you cast the Summon twice, then you use Mime and your Summon useage will not run out as you are just mimicking your last attack instead of using MP up
Another nice trick Is to Use Dazers On Ruby… They Paralyze him And hes Weak To Paralasis Then You Can Hit him With Anything And he Wont Do Shit
Another Nice Trick For Any Boss Is to Cast regen And Assuming Your playing On The PSX You Can Open The Lid on Your Console And The Game Freezes but the regen Continues Close Lid Resume Game ETC… Sometimes this Can Screw up Though So Dont take My Word on It…
