PC Disc 1 = Installation disc
PC Disc 2 = Playstation Disc 1
PC Disc 3 = PS Disc 2
PC Disc 4 = PS Disc 3
So "Please insert disc 2" actually means "Please insert Disc 3." Poor labelling on Square’s part.
You would have to load up the game from the disc you are on, but if you changed disc during play you would still be able to continue. For example, you would have to put in disc 2 to load up a game on disc 2, but after loading it you could change and put disc 1 in, and it would still work normally. The only difference is the FMV’s, you would see disc 1 FMV’s when you’re supposed to see disc 2 ones.
So… yeah, just thought I’d point that out. ๐
<font color=red face="comic sans ms">yeah, it’s probably that if you’re playing the PC version. But there was a similar thing on the PSX version…
