I’ve browsed through a lot of sites, but i’m having trouble finding high quality FMVs (particularly ones with the in-game music synched in, such as with Yuna’s Kilika Sending or the Wedding.) The few i’ve found lack any music and are fairly low quality.
Does anyone know of a place where I could download these from for free? I stumbled onto http://www.animetheme.com/ff10/fmv.html which looks great, but unfortunately they charge money via a subscription in order to download any of them. As much as I want the FMVs on my computer, I don’t really want to have to pay to watch them when I can see them on my PS2. Any ideas?
I don’t have a camcorder so recording it from the TV is out of the question. I doubt the quality would be very good though, even if I could, unless it was an extremely expensive camcorder.
Anyone know of a good website to download them from?
Happy Downloading!
Do you happen to know of any others?
Sorry, this is the only site Ive got, as it has everything I need
No, i’ve got the codecs, but I think I figured out what the problem is. In the first couple of movies I downloaded off of bluelaguna, there was no music present in them. For instance, The Red Carpet has the great ‘Attack’ song playing in the background in game, but not on the downloaded FMV. Also, the Luca Harbor movie has ‘Blitz Ball Gamblers’ playing in the background in the game, but once again not in the movie. Hmm. I assumed all movies from the site were like this. Apparently though, there are two listings on that website for each movie. For The Red Carpet movie, there is one called: ’33 – The Red Carpet’ near the top, and another simply ‘The Red Carpet’ near the bottom of the page. Both of these have different file sizes listed. I think i’ve figured out that the version of the movie with the bigger file size has the music synched in while the other doesn’t. Problem solved? No, unfortunately. Because all of the un-numbered movies on the bottom half of the page have broken links, and the music or non music versions are mixed in. So there are still many movies that lack the songs in them, and that really takes a lot out of them IMO. If only bluelaguna had those links fixed, the problem would be solved.
I did manage to find a few good movies on Youtube with the music synched in, particularly otherworld and the red carpet, but they are not very high quality. I think this probably has something to do with the service, since Youtube only allows files of a certain size to be uploaded?
