Clear Sphere

I need to know where I can find some clear sphere I search but cant found one.:eye:

You mean spheres that can empty any node?? I doubt they excist.

It what I think but im my Official strategie book they are in the item list.If anyone find one Plz tell me.

You can buy ’em from the Monster Arena (they are pretty costy) once you have collected 5 of every monster. The arena guy will say that he got a new shipment of items to sell and that’s like the only new item he gets…

Yep, that’s right. They sell for 10,000 gil each, so if you want to max out on them, you need 1,000,000 gil. Not too tough, just fight some of the better monsters in the Monster Arena and they’ll drop weapons/armor that sell for a boatload of gil. Another cool trick I recently found it is to buy four slotted armor from Kilika with HP +5% on it and then overkill Kottos in the Monster Arena to get forty Healing Springs per overkill. (He sometimes drops 2 Dark Matters, but that’s rare.) Use those to customize SOS Regen onto the armor you bought and then you can sell it back for around 60 times or more what you paid for it. Awesome way to make money fast.

As for the Clear Spheres, not too useful unless you’re planning on maxing out your characters’ stats. If you are, it’s the only way to max out HP or MP, if you’re maxing out everything else, so definitely useful in that case.

Heh. I’m about 2/3 through the Sphere Grid as far as maxing out all stats on the grid. I’m just so fast. It’s scary that I know what they all drop.

Welcome back, Tekno. By 2/3 through the grid, do you mean 2/3 through the nodes that are already there, or 2/3 through maxing your characters’ stats. Because as far as that goes, you have to fight the monsters in the Monster Arena and get various Attribute spheres in order to max out your stats. That’s where the Clear spheres come in. There’s a lot of empty nodes on the Sphere Grid, but once you run out, you have to start clearing old nodes in order to make anymore progress.

oh man, i have been fighting in the arena and i saw them their in the menu, but i never nes what they were for, i bought and used one once on an empty sphere(hoping something really cool would appear) but nothin, so noq i know what they are for, i don’t have to waste sphere’s on mp and hp after i have maxed them both out, sweet, thanks

I mean that I have cleared all nodes of lesser additions in Tidus, Kimarhi, Yuna, and Auron’s parts of the Sphere Grid, and then replaced them with the max attribute node according to placement.

For example, I come up to a Defense +1, I clear it, and use a Defense Sphere to make it Defense +4. If I come up to a blank node, I use the HP Sphere and make it HP +300.

Well, that’s probably not 2/3, but close enough.

buy them at the monster ranch after you’ve killed all the monsters 😛
