I downloaded a lot of the sheet music off of ffmusic.ffshrine.org, which was how i was introduced to this cite.i have music varying from FF VII to FF X.
Now my favorite piece is Zanarkand which happens to be the intro piano piece at the very begining when it’s loading the menu. it’s an absolutely beautiful work and is fairly easy to play still.
Hint: if you don’t know the name of the song look it up at [URL="http://www.ffmusic.ffshrine.org"]
i leave the rest to you
Is the word Corner at the end? Who knows, half the time it’s listed, half the time it isn’t.
Decisive Battle- FFX
But there are countless others I really enjoy.
Honestly, the best music piece of Uematsu.
If I had to single one out it would have to be:
The Man with the Machine Gun (Final Fantasy 8)
the attack (the raid on dollet)
trabia (or was it travia?) garden (basically a piano version of balamb G)
balamb garden
edea’s parade
ff9:
the theme of the forest at the beggining
ff1 (remake)
garland’s keep.
abandoned and runied keep
ff6:
the main theme
ff7:
one winged angel (though the advent version sounds so much cooler)
thats all i can remember for now.
Without going on a huge in-depth exploration of all of my FF soundtracks to figure out which one I like best, I would definitely have to agree with you on that one. It’s fantastic. 🙂
Nobuo Uematsu is an amazing composer, I don’t care who says he’s overrated. He has had a few things I’ve disliked, but that’s not too bad considering he has been the one composer for almost all FF games, as well as some others. He’s got a lot of material and most of it is very good.
Kiss Me Goodbye (FFXII)
Someday The Dream Will End (FFX)
The Nightmare Begins (FVII)
Path Of Repentance (FFX)
Its not so cool in game but listen to it when played by an orchestra (e.g tour de japan) Such a powerful piece, it gives many others a run for their money IMHO.
I am gonna have to agree with this statement.
But there are countless others I really enjoy.
Tina? Sorry, but in English it’s called Terra’s Theme. Plus, sounds better.
Fave piece is Clash on the Big Bridge, what other piece inspires such awe?
