Best FF game for having a Cid

Which ff game had the best Cid you think?

ya, i would say 7 by far, he just looked cool, plus he was a bas ass, take no shit fighter type as well. plus, it was funny to watch him yell at his wife for no reason. 😀

I have to totaly agree with lone wolf on this one :rolleyes:

Let me think of the situations that we meet the character Cid in…

***SPOILERS, I GUESS***

FFV:- Cid, and his grandson / son / brother / whatever the relation was, Mid, were scientists at the Ancient Library and bit part characters.
FFVI:- Cid was at the Esper factory, and Celes’ grandfather.
FFVII:- Cid Highwind, ace pilot, first space explorer, playable character.
FFVIII:- Headmaster Cid, wife of the evil Edea.
FFIX:- Cid, Mayor of Lindblum, Part Time Frog and Mushroom thing.
FFX:- Cid, Yuna’s uncle, leader of the Al Bhed.

So, from these characters I’ve met so far, it’s a toughie between the FFVII version and the FFX version. VII edges it as he’s a playable character, one of the three I usually end up using in my party, and has a strong attitude and character. The FFX version makes me laugh with some of the things he said and did, which is why he made it a close second.

FFVII’s Cid is the best, I like his aditude his fighting style everything basically :P.

Definetly FF7 Captian Cid was way cool. I loved his personality so funny and such a nice guy.

Hmm�yea I gotta agree with everyone so far FF7�s Cid was the best out of all of them, he encompassed everything that the Cid character should be.
