X-box or Gamecube or PS2?

which is your fav? I like Ps2 for ff games but nintendo gamecube for its up coming zelda game.

1.PS2(the FF series and good console)
2.Gamecube(good console and a few good games)
3.X-BOX(sucks…does only fuck up the game market)

…only my opinion…:)

1)PS2- cause of ff and other games out
2)X-box- cause i really want to play spitter cell 🙁
3)Gamecube- not many game that really interest me except for the new resident evil game

I vote for PS2 as I like Playstation consoles (sp) better than the other gaming consoles and it has everything I need, which is good ^_^

My vote goes to the Cube. The reason being Nintendo makes the games that I want to play.

Super Mario Sunshine, Metroid Prime, Legend of Zelda, Animal Crossing, SSBM, Eternal Darkness, ect. are exclusive titles that I cant be without.

As for FF: I personally dont like where Square is headed with the series. They seem intent on taking it online. I would rather have an engaging single-player experience. Thanks anyways, but I will just bust out my SNES and PS for some FF goodness.

I am a Nintendophile at heart, so the Cube is my choice of console. "Plus Nintendo has this Miyamoto guy on payroll, I hear he’s good."

I�m going for PS2 since they have more variety and good games but GC is good too since all of their games have awesome gameplay. As for Xbox�I was really expecting this system to go far but I�m not seeing a lot of good games if any from em�I�m really disappointed.

For now I’ll choose PS2 because some of my fav games are can be played in this console. I heard that X-box can access easily when we play online gaming ,so until now I’m still looking forward for it. As for Gamecube, I think is quite good too with their colorfull games and fun multiplayer system (offline).

I like all three of the systems, each of them are unique in their own ways, each have their own style of graphics,gameplay and game titles. To me it looks like the gaming industry has finally done well and made 3 great consoles all with great potential. I congrat them all for doing good ^_^

Well, with the money I got for Christmas I’m gonna get me a PS2. There are two games I REALLY want to play (Final Fantasy X and Metal Gear Solid 2) and also Suikoden 3 and Wild Arms 3 are both coming out soon.

Plus my house mate already has an X-Box with Colin McRae 3, so we’re happy to use that as the second console.

I’m going to have to go with the PS2. Mainly because I’m a Sony fan and because they just seem to have more and better games than any of the other consoles.

Gamecube is alright with me. I respect Nintendo so the console is cool with me.

Microsoft can just die. I loathe the X-Box. >:|

Gamecubes my fave because
– i’ve got it
– it has the games i enjoy playing ie legend of zelda
– i have the gameboy, gameboy colour, gameboy advance, nintendo 64 and snes (sense a pattern?)
– This is my favorite – they just can’t afford to be crap, they aren’t really the success they wanted to be, and they invested a lot in it, so they need to play it right or they’ll go bankrupt. Also i’m a nintendo supporter and don’t want them to go bankrupt.

X-box just has too many rubbish games because they can afford to send out a load

PS2 is good, but i just prefer the gamecube, personally

oooh! and the X-box is, quite literally, a PC (or at least most of one, just the moniter to put in… damn doesn’t fit, make it bigger… it will not fit in the door….. darn) which defeats the objective of trying to be a games console and it looks ugly!

PS2 – Good FF games and well……best overall choice period!

X-Box – Halo, Halo 2, X-Box Live, and FABLE (check it out)

Gamecube – Poor online plan, sucky game selection. However, Mario Sunshine, Zelda, RE Series, need I say more?

For graphics I gotta go with X-Box and GCN

I would vote PS2 , because Game cube doesn’t have many games , but the few games that they have are good though …
and X-box is the BIGGEST sh** I ever saw … and yeah , it f***-up the Game market!

We are dissing the X-Box because we just don’t like the system. Not to mention some of us don’t like Microsoft period.

Simply because of great game like grand theft auto, metal gear solid2 and ofcourse FF series…

Gamecube is close behind.

It got great games like Metroid Prime, Mario, RE.

I saw somewhere that Splinter Cell is being released for the PS2 sometime this year, is this true?

PS2 all the way it has the best RPG games you can get what more do you need? 😀 it also has good games like Metal Gear Solid 2 and SSX Tricky and a bunch more im not gonna get into 😛

Gamecube is gonna be king pretty soon, especially if the FF games start being released on it.

You don’t have to like every console that comes out to be a "real gamer". There is no such thing as a "real gamer". Liking a certain console does not consititute a "fanboy" either. =p

Well, Square is going to release some FF games on it. But mainly Square is going to stick to continuing the FF series on the PS2.

I never said you have to like all the systems, I said "Respect" them, as in respect the comapanies attempts at game releases and there style of games. And yes there are true gamers out there, maybe not here though, and by the way of being a Fanboy is to defend a certain console in every way you possibly can. 😎

Yesh very true. I dont like XboX. I am all over my PS2 best games you can ever wish :).

Playstation 2 is clearly the best with games such as Devil May Cry, FF series, GTA3 and VC, etc…
XBOX is ONLY good for Halo; all the other games suck ass. Gamecube is more for a younger crowd, but still is better than the Xbox.

Well what would you define as a true gamer? I mean there really is no set definition to being a true gamer.

I agree that a fanboy can be someone who mindlessly defends a certain console while attacking others without disregard for his fav. systems disadvantages or other systems advantages. However, I don’t think I see one person here that is just completely praising one system. Sure maybe some are saying what they like about systems, but that certainly doen’t make them a fanboy.

I would be good if FF became multi-console, but I don’t think that so far FF is continueing with any console. I think that FF11 is only going to be released on PC because PS2 couldn’t get online capabilities going or something to that degree.

My favorite is ps2 because it is a good system and it has the best games.
