I really like the Prelude, reminds me of the prelude used in FFX. ^^

If you want some feedback by other musicians, you could post them in the vgmix.com (or ocremix.org, but…) forums as well. 🙂

yeh it is crappy j/k, you shouldnt call your work crappy otherwise you wouldnt even dare puttin them up here, i like both of em, but you should post these up @ the ocremix, its worth a shot.

Ah! FFVI ost is one of my favorites, with such classics as Terra’s Theme or Dancing Mad ^^

Dancing mad would be a dream come true but its 10mins long lol.
Terra’s theme,esper theme or cyan’s theme are great options.Im curious,what programme do you use to make the remix?

Infact I prefere to call it "personal versions" instead of "remixes", cause I make the music note-by-note with single mouse clicks using FruityLoops version 5 Producer Edition -I think- in such a way there is no "mixing" involved…

But regarding the "Dancing Mad", how is it 10 minutes long? I took a look at FF VI (SPC files) and there is no less than FOUR -or five- versions of "dancing mad"!!! Can you give me the exact lengh please? PLus, I love challenges 😉 10 minutes doesn’t scare me at all.

Do you like FFVI the best or something? The Victory starts on D, like VI’s does, unlike the others, which start on C. The Prelude seems like it’s from FFVI, too.

FFVI is my favorite ever ^^.

Oops.. about the notes; I didn’t do it on purpose, it’s instinctive, but if I had to choose a note to start with, I think I would keep the original "basic" note, sorry I’m not experimented in music technical language lol.

Final Fantasy VI, of course I like it (playing it these days), but I don’t know if it’s the best, I must finish them all to be sure witch one is, infact everyone say it’s the best (I think) and, up to this day, I didn’t see a video game as FULL of love as Final Fantasy VI (ok there’s Pong but only the Elders can understand this, LOL!!), and for this (love) Final Fantasy VI is the best in this category, I find 🙂

It’s the bending of the notes in the Prelude one. Insted of just C, B, D, C, its bending the notes, making it like CD C, B, CD C.

That’s what it sounds like anyway. How I found out about the victory one is how I tried to play FFIV’s Victory on Piano, and it sounded off, so I did VI’s, which starts on a different note, which is D.

Dancing Mad is a multipart song. Each part is one of the fights against the final boss of Final Fantasy VI. What you saw were the 4 parts separated in 4 files.

My MP3 for Dancing Mad is 16MB and it’s about 17min, 34s. It’s the full song.
